I was so tilted in January when I returned to full time poker. The startup business I had ownership in didn't work out the way I had hoped... we had the golden ticket, and an alcoholic fked it up.

After returning to poker and talking w\ tons of business owners\friends about it, I realized how lucky I was to have identified the skillsets for business ownership, IT, and corporate strategy I have locked down. Very strong w\ corp sales & body language due to poker as well.

I'm now looking at the possibility of ending up in New York to become a partner in running an already successful Nonverbal Group sometime in the next year or so. (Body language consultants for baller high end clientele like law firms, big corporate accounts, etc) There is so much money in this game it's astounding.

I always thought play high stakes poker was my end game/dream job. I had no idea migrating into something like this was even possible after developing valuable skillsets~ Such a sick lifechanging opportunity! Even if it doesn't work out, i'm just shocked that the option is on the table.

Honestly, I never could have imagined how many doors playing high stakes poker would have opened for me. I'm extremely grateful to all of you who have guided me along my path.

Th chronic knee pain when running is finally gone, probably. Result of carrying less weight. Ran a 6:40 mile today so have little over 2 months to cruise to 6 minutes

Doctor gives me a drug in the penicillin family. About five minutes after taking the drug, I notice a rash on my stomach and chest. I'm genuinely not sure if it was there before, and my lymph nodes are crazy swollen so I do have some kind of infection. I call doctor and tell her, she says, don't worry, a penicillin allergy would not show up that quickly.

I take two more doses of the drug last night and this morning. My entire body except for face and palms is covered in a rash. I call doctor again who says well, it doesn't make sense since it came on so quickly but just maybe it's a medication allergy so I'll switch to something I'd prefer not to use but will in this case.

After that call, I google penicillin allergy. I learn a lot of things, but one of them is that a true penicillin allergy generally hits almost immediately after taking the drug. And while anaphylactic shock is a rare occurrence, having me continue to take doses of penicillin is absolutely horrendous.
