Seems like lawsuit bait.

My kid has a mild cephalosporin allergy. It may be just one cephalosporin or maybe even just one formulation of it, but he'll never find out because there are big red flashing warnings about it every time a doctor logs onto a computer.

Brad-

I'm sure every profession has a cadre of folks that don't know wtf they're doing and/or render bad opinions or advice. I'm sorry you happened to run into one.

Of course I can't win in this game.

Guy won last pot and pot size for kill is 10 small bets.

He 3bets me preflop from button and bets all 3 streets and honestly thinks it wasn't enough.

Spoiler:
It was 17.5 bets.

LOL

As I was typing this he just 3bet me again and I called down on a JT88A board and announced his hand as 'Not a straight' while turning over AA.

My daughters cousins in town so i am stuck hanging out w/four elementary school girls and moms. They decide to play game where everyone has to pick something to have from Harry Potter.

I don't want to play but they make me, so I say i'll take the little asian girl, Cho Chang?

I noticed there are a lot of guys who play at Arizona Casinos, landing in the area tonight. What limit games run at Talking Stick? What games are generally included in their mix? Anything else I should know about the casino?

Also, any good restaurant recommendations in the area?

Much appreciated.

Try Ocean Trail at the casino. Tons of places in Scottsdale.

Long awaited LHE forum merger happening in about a week. Details in this thread.

hmm, less than $10 on full tilt, but apparently I left about a thousand between those two sites. Maybe worth the exposure this time? Where is the money coming from?
04-10-2017 , 04:42 PM
Apparently the unclaimed funds from FTP. Really glad those are going towards AP and maybe UB instead of into the Governments hands.
04-10-2017 , 06:31 PM
Skimmed the article, I take it there's no chance those who were cheated on AP would get any of that back?

Just account balances I'm guessing, but don't quote me without looking into it more.

I recognized the majority of the players even though I'd only played there once or twice previously. I think this year my trip to FW (tagged on to a personal trip I have to Boston) will be at the end of April, I'll give you a heads-up if I do get there again this in 2017.

My Foxwoods mini-trip is almost here! Only 2 weeks away: I fly into Logan on Thursday, April 27th, pick up a car and head down. Gotta leave in the early afternoon on that Saturday. If you'll be around and want to get a drink or a meal let me know. Also wanted to ask about the 75/150 stud game: is this all pros, just waiting for recs like me? I've played the 20 stud game there in recent years, thought it was pretty soft.

The weekend before that I'll be in DC and plan to check out the 60 game at National Harbor. Has anybody here played in that? Since it's only one table do I have to be there when it starts?

Very nice.

The 75 stud game is a mix between grinders and rich guys. Munga would know better as I actually don't know the stud players all that well (at least the ones that never intersect with Hold 'Em). It seems like the high stakes are split these days between the straight Stud hi and the mix game (usually something like O8, Stud 8, and some draw game(s) thrown in).

I'll probably be there and trying to get the 50 Hold em going. While it'd be nice to meet up, I'll be rooting for it to not happen because you sat in .

Im out of touch lately but dont think the 20 and 75 player pools overlap much. The bigger game has run pretty strong on Thursdays in the past. Over the weekend it could vary depending on whos around and what mix game gets off. People come pretty far to play it, fwiw.

Ill try to come down that Friday.

Thanks for the info. I'd be more interested in the 75 mix game than stud hi, pretty confident I can hold my own in that mix of games with most lineups. Not nearly as confident about my stud skill level-beating the 20 stud game didn't seem like it took much skill, just make a hand and get paid. 50 LHE sounds pretty good to me as well, although I'm less inclined to play that since I can do that almost any weekend without going to the east coast. Looking forward to my trip, I'll use QPH for my initials on the list (old school, even though they have Bravo) so should be easy enough to identify.
