Re: What´s going on at Poker-Affiliate-Solutions (PAS) ?

still waiting since july 7th...this was the last email i got from someone named brian..

Thank you for your inquiry and we understand your frustration. Many advertisers have delayed their withdrawal and processing times for affiliates, which is resulting in delays across all payment methods. Please also note that processing times may be delayed as a result of the large volume of payment requests we receive at Moneybookers, but we are working to process your payment as quickly as possible. Again, thank you for your patience

This is also my very first cashout from them as im new to the affiliate world. as far as setting up players they make everything pretty smooth and was very impresed with their service. Im hoping this cashout flub is just a minor/temporary thing.

Please note, we're currently working on fixing the payment issues that've ensued/plagued us recently. The reason for the delays involve the payment processors, as operators have been very slow w/ executing transactions for us. Again, your continued patience is appreciated and we do guarantee you'll receive your requested cash-out in the days ahead. Thank you. - Brian

You should learn from this experience and make your own affiliate accounts in the future. Whatever service PAS is providing you surely can't be worth the risk of them turning into RakeReduction...

Re: What´s going on at Poker-Affiliate-Solutions (PAS) ?

I run a staking group and having the same issues.

Seb offered great communication. When he left he said the owner would be taking care of us. None of the emails to that address have been answered. I emailed support roughly 3-4 weeks ago concerning the non-payment of my Aug payment that I had requested on Aug 11th. I received a reply after 3 or 4 days that they were being paid slow so our payments were being delayed. It's now been nearly 7 weeks since I requested my payment.

I've suspended new signups through PAS until payments start coming on a timely basis. Our group pays a solid 6 figures a month in rake through various sites and affiliates but I need to have confidence in my affiliate to send significant business their way. Luckily I was still in teh 'testing' phase with PAS

I sincerely hope they get things straightened out and we can move forward.

Assuming I get paid I'd prefer to have a dedicated account manager rather than the owner whom I'm sure has many other responsibilities.

My account is AJacksonPoker.

I'll update this thread when I get paid.

Re: What´s going on at Poker-Affiliate-Solutions (PAS) ?

7 weeks isn't outrageous. I waited 3 or 4 months for my last one, which is a lot more worrisome imo.

But I've waited 7 weeks from poker rooms, other parent affiliates and so on before and so have others that I know of.

--

One thing that I do not understand, is that if payments are slow because of poker rooms not paying on time, why don't you just hold the amount that comes from that specific poker room? It's not like other affiliates that work directly with those poker rooms that don't pay on time are getting paid on time, so it's not like you're providing bad service by not paying people out in advance on those rooms that aren't paying instantly.

Basically, I don't want to be delayed on my legitimate room offers of sites like Carbon and Party because some lower tier/shadier sites aren't paying on time. Assuming that's what is going on here.

Re: What´s going on at Poker-Affiliate-Solutions (PAS) ?

Still waiting for my august payment also, kind of worried about sending new players to my site. just bought my own domain and hoping to invest some money into marketing, etc to further grow my affiliate site/business. by no means am i pulling in 6 figures a month. My site generally rakes 2-3K/month in MGR but A little worried because if i can keep up at this rate, i can use it to pay my tuition fees, which is always nice!

PAS's CEO addressed the cashout speed issue. You'll see his statement if you go to your PAS cashier, or it may have been emailed to you. Basically he explains the reasons for the problems and says they have been taking steps to resolve the issues. He expects to be on the regular schedule at the start of next year.

Re: What´s going on at Poker-Affiliate-Solutions (PAS) ?

Thanks for mentioning about the CEO note, interesting read.

Here is the link though need to log in I'd expect:

https://publisher.pokeraffiliatesolu...m/cashout_note

Cliffnotes from what I can tell:

- poor service from certain partners post black friday have significantly slowed down their own payments from sites

- Chris CEO says they weren't fast enough to react to this problem and apologies for this. Says they working hard to restore normal cashout service and expect this to be fully restored by Jan.

If Chris reads this thanks for posting with the update, I think a monthly CEO blog would be great, if you gave your plans for PAS in the short and long term, be it PAS or other websites you run, it would be very useful for partners to know. (i do like Gonzo and pokeraddicts blog posts though so please keep those too )

Translation: our business is busto and we learned from FTP the best way to handle this is to ignore complaints for as long as possible then issue a vague statement promising things will improve 'next year' - at which time we ignore complaints for as long as possible before issuing further vague statements about things improving in the future.

Anybody still sending players to PAS is braindead.

The founder of PAS and the COO were the original rakeback providers on 2+2 and the founders of this sub forum. They helped meditate multiple disputes between members and affiliates over the years. They also paid RB to players who they made no money off of because it was the right thing to do (said players were ripped off from rouge affiliates). They paid affiliates for revenue they weren't paid for from the rooms. Again, because it was the right thing to do. I know this because I used to work at PAS.

I managed affiliates at PAS when I was there (pre BF). Managing the payments of affiliates with the payments from partners/rooms was a massive task. Throw in black friday and you have a huge accounting headache. The fact PAS is in business a year after BF tells you how diligent the company is at accounting practices and managing money.

I currently work for a Fortune500 company in the US. If I were to ever move back into the gaming industry there are maybe 2-3 companies I would work for. PAS is at the top of the list. They are innovative, honest, and have extremely high business ethics.
