PokerAffiliateSolutions
Hi,
I didn't want to post on 2p2 but I'm experiencing some long delays with PAS for services I paid for.
Many thanks if someone could ask Arthur to message me on Skype (chris.harvey.poker), or reply to my emails, it would be much appreciated.

Re: PokerAffiliateSolutions
Since I stumbled across this public thread...
I've worked with both Chris Harvey and PAS and have found both to be pretty up front and reliable in the majority of my dealings.
If it's just some miscommunication, work through it, you've both been good in my book.

Re: PokerAffiliateSolutions
Hey Chris,
LeggoPoker used to use PAS for the rakeback side of the site.
For the last few months I have been dealing with Seb and Herb and both have proven they don't really care about Leggo, or it's business. All the promises and action plans we spoke about were basically empty and never followed through on with any sense of urgency whatsoever, if at all. They both missed email deadlines, put meetings off, and have been completely unresponsive as of a few weeks ago.
I recently removed all PAS offers from LeggoPoker due to my inability to reach Herb. I emailed Herb asking if he planned on emailing me, after he missed a previous deadline, and he said he did plan on contacting me. I waited and eventually Herb emailed saying he had been trying to reach me on skype but suspected there was an issue on my end. I emailed Herb again stating skype was working fine and waited for him to attempt to contact me. I never heard from him so I sent another email politely stating I had to pull PAS offers until we spoke. Herb never responded.
- Matt

Re: PokerAffiliateSolutions
Hi Matt,
This is Herb from PAS. Skype issue aside, my communication with you has been subpar, and for that, I apologize. I should have been updating you via email more regularly than I have been.
I do care tremendously about LeggoPoker. You are a longtime PAS partner and we have been making changes internally based on your feedback and to support some of the partnership opportunities that we discussed. I've changed some Skype settings and have tried messaging you today. Regardless, I'll be emailing you today as well with an update so that we can discuss further. Talk to you soon.
Herb

Re: PokerAffiliateSolutions
It wasn't just your communication. The lack of forward progress or updates of any kind was unacceptable as well. You didn't even respond to an email I sent ten days ago informing you Leggo had removed all PAS rakeback offers but would reinstate them if you spoke with me. How can you claim you care about Leggo's business or are making internal changes based on my feedback when this is how our communication ended?
The last email I received from Herb on August 18th

Hi Matt, I hope you’re doing well. I’ve tried you on Skype the last 2 days but haven’t been able to get in touch. Not sure if the IMs are going through? I’ll ping you again today in about 90 minutes and will send email confirmation to make sure.

Still waiting to hear from you. It's been well over a week since you promised to have an update and some options for Leggo.

An email to Herb August 30th after no response to the previous email

After not hearing back from you for close to two weeks I have no choice but to temporarily pull all PAS offers from LeggoPoker. Leggo can not, in good conscience, continue to send our members to PAS with the current lack of communication. That said, I think we can work through this. I hope to reopen discussions with you as soon as possible and get the offers back up, for the benefit of LeggoPoker and PAS.

After the last email I did not hear anything until I posted here.

Re: PokerAffiliateSolutions
Matt,
I regret how this has turned out and I respect your comments about this unfortunate situation. I'd prefer not to get into the nitty gritty details surrounding the delay and lack of communication that you have had to endure, but will say it absolutely will not happen again. If you choose to work with PAS again -- which we hope you do -- I am confident that we can prove that this will not be indicative of how we could work together moving forward.
We have recently completed implementing a substantial number of new products, services, features and promotions due to the changing marketing conditions and to meet the changing needs of our publishers. Several of these were actually made with you in mind to meet the business needs you and I discussed last month.
Lastly, since many of our publisher partners frequent this forum, I thought it would be appropriate to point out that the issues that Matt mentions in this post are independent of our core PAS services and products and that they have continued uninterrupted for Matt and all our valued publisher partners.

Re: PokerAffiliateSolutions
Hello,
Hope everyone's had a good weekend
Sorry to hear Matt you've had a similar experience to us. Hopefully Herb has helped you by now.
To update, the day after I posted, Seb added me on Skype and he's helping to get everything back on track.
Arthur's busy the next couple of weeks but after he'll be helping us with couple of issues we've been waiting on. I'll post at the end of this month to confirm if all went well.

What´s going on at Poker-Affiliate-Solutions (PAS) ?
I am a bit worried about PAS at the moment...
1) They recently increased the cashout-processing-time for their publishers to 30 business days.
2) They just closed their own forums.
3) I have not been paid since 33 business days...
They told me in an email that I will 100% get my money, but still I am worried about what´s going on.
Did anyone receive any cashouts in the last few days?

Re: What´s going on at Poker-Affiliate-Solutions (PAS) ?
Ive been waiting almost 50 days for 400$ from them.
i got same emails from some of there reps saying its going to take a lot longer because of the "high demand" of money bookers withdrawls etc..
i have another chance to cash out a much larger amount but im scared to click cash out. dont know what to do.
If any Rep from PAS is on here, could you please comment on this matter?

Re: What´s going on at Poker-Affiliate-Solutions (PAS) ?
Leggo requested a fairly large cashout on July 13th and it has not been processed yet.
I had huge issues with PASwhile back and was eventually forced to end Leggo's relationship with them. I outlined some of the issues in This Thread if you want to take a look.
More recently, I asked that Leggo be removed from the PAS website because we no longer partners - and it looks like all mentions of Leggo were removed. The person I contacted regarding the issue was Seb who mentioned he was leaving PAS for other opportunities and that he'd pass the issue on to the appropriate parties. Possibly relevant that a former key employee is leaving so I thought I'd throw it in.
You can see Herb's screen name in the older thread. Maybe shoot him a PM and see if you can get a response - I'm not sure he logs in frequently though.

A mod the affiliates / rakeback forum, PokerAddict has worked for PAS in some capacity, for some time. I'm not sure what his exact role is, but he will likely be more than happy to help.

You might try asking gonzo787 as he works for PAS also.
Cheers,
