Hi, sorry if this has been asked a million times before, i've tried searching but didn't get anywhere. What rake figure do i need to put in stars? I know it's a VIP program but is there any way to keep track of the different levels of rewards?

you mean what rakeback figure?

you go to http://www.pokerstars.co.uk/vip/tiers/ and click the page for your VIP level

e.g. goldstar

then click the goldstar rewards value tab in the table

find the % that applies to you



the higher % of the two in the brackets is for FR cash, the lower % for every other game type, 6max, SNGs etc.

read the fine print to understand the two column headings

As I don't play tournies, only 6 max cash, am I right in thinking that for the gold star example above I need to put 17% rakeback until I reach gold star and then change that figure to 19% when completed?

well if you hit gold star at the end of a month, say May, but you were bronze at the beginning of the month, you get 17% for May

then you are gold star at the start of June but need to hit it again by the end of June, the same amount of VPPs, in order to keep it through July, and so on. if you do so, you have 19% for June

higher because you had the higher goldstar FPP multiplier from day 1 of the month

so yeah the 17% figure changes to 19 but only for subsequent months, not the one you went bronze -> gold in (i assume silver -> gold is about 18%)

at least i think that's how it works
