I D/L Carbon Poker through a rakeback affiliate and created an account, but have not yet made my 1st deposit. Can I D/L another skin on Merge and still get rakeback?

I am going to sign up on Merge, and am researching for the best skin and affiliate. I will play probably 45k hands a month of uPLO, with no stt's/mtt's. In this thread RPM and Carbon are the two most popular Merge skins, with RPM being three times as popular as Carbon. For the people who like Carbon, what reasons are there for me to choose Carbon and not RPM?

I'm a bit confused on how affiliates work. Me signing up on an affiliate for the RPM is comparable to me using Raketracker to sign up on FTP right? Good luck, Yojimgari

He will give you a receipt with a MTCN Number on it, buy beer to celebrate, go home, type in MTCN number in the box on web-page and click submit.

BOOM load up poker site and play.

Do u know if there's a minimum deposit using the WU method. I know at full tilt it was $100, wondering if same on merge networks or can i deposit $50?

RPM is more popular because RPM's support is insanely good, and all of the offers on Merge are nearly identical except for RPM's who has some really interesting/cool promos.

Although I think you'd be hard-pressed to find legit offers that would beat ones like TheNuts iPad promo at Lock Poker, or some of the deals RPM or Carbon come up with here. Not to mention the support you'll get from a site that has a rep here.

I finished my research! I have chosen the RPM skin on Merge because of:
-Best reviews
-Great promos (deposits, rake races, free rolls, etc)
-Great customer service

I checked out the web sites for various skins, 2p2 threads, read the 2p2 affiliates/rakeback stickies, checked out the RPM sub-forum here, and chatted with RPMSeth. I have already installed the software, registered, and gotten RPMSeth to set up rakeback for me. I am working with RPMSeth and a friend of mine to have my friend set up as a referral above me so that he gets free bonus money when I play. RPMSeth is very helpful!

Komodo Dragon, I have sent information to you in a pm about all this. Xcrack999, I hear that both are great, but overall I have chosen RPM based on what I read on the web site and 2p2 reviews. It seems very dependant on the stakes you play, IMO. For example a lot of RPM's monthly promo's are "Hands played" promo's. Obviously, this is going to benefit Micro and Small Stakes players more then High Stakes players.

They are both pretty close in the effective RB's IMO and a lot of it will come down to what stakes you play. Also, RPM has THE BEST customer support I have ever received. RPMSeth and RPMJon are GREAT! Don't underestimate how important those things are.
