Reputable rakeback site for Merge network?
Hey guys, I am about to create an account on the Merge network. I am new to rakeback and don't really know how it works, or who to turn to (yes, Online Veteran signed up at all the major poker sites before he knew about rakeback). Could someone please point me in the direction of a reputable rakeback site that will get me 35%? Thanks for your help!

Hiya Online Veteran
The rates at Merge are fixed at 35% for all affiliates and players.
The only differences between the affiliates are promotions such as Races, Freerolls, Coaching, Customer Service and Referral programs.
The best way to boost your overall monthly return is via Races, Freerolls and Bonuses
You should definitely stick to a reputable affiliate that you find advertising here (or with multiple 2+2 references) to avoid future disappointment
Feel free to ask all the questions you need to in this forum.
Kind regards
Us

Re: Reputable rakeback site for Merge network?
OK, this may be a stupid question, but here goes. How does one get paid rakeback on a poker site? I am worried about peer to peer transfers (I have actually never done one), and here is the reason why. If player A transfers player B money on a poker site, and 6 months later player A gets his account frozen for violating the sites TOS, then player B gets his account frozen also. That is why I never do transfers of any kind. Will I have this problem with any rakeback providers? Thanks for your time.

yes.
if you already have an account with rakeback then in order to get the official %35 daily return on the new merge skin, 60 days need to pass since you last generated rake on the old skin.

i would emphasize that races are usually the most valuable. it's easiest if they are private chaces where you need to reach certain rake goals and don't need to compete with many others. your return through these could get to %60-%70 of the rake you pay.

no worries, you get it as a balance adjustment from the poker site itself, not through and player to player transfer.

Thank you for your reply. Player to player transfers is what I was concerned about. I am glad to hear that it comes from the poker site itself. Have a great day!

Can you recommend a Merge skin/rake provider that has a "private rake chase"?

Such private rake chases always refer to some illegal deals, there is plenty of affiliates offering public chases for the Merge network!

What is the best Merge skin?
Coming from PS and FT I don't know much about merge network. They do offer 35% rakeback though. But which is the best in your opinion? Sportsbook, LockPoker, PlayersOnly, and Carbon Poker.. I think that is call of them.
Also, because they all are on the same network does this mean no matter what skin you are on, you still play with other players on other skins?

it is all the same players, just different skins. there are more skins than what you mentioned though ... this is one for pot heads called poker 420 or something and there is a skin called iron duke which gives u a free $5 with no deposit to try out the site.
