Re: VIP players.com/Rakebrain Issues

Anyone have an update... I know Allan said he was going to be busy but I haven't seen him on skype since the last time I talked to him. Anyone hear anything from him or get any payments? He did send me an email last Thursday but that is the last communication I have had from him/VIP.

Re: VIP players.com/Rakebrain Issues

So I'm a little confused about this whole thing now.... no communication for a month plus, then one day out of the blue i talk to him on skype and he comes here and posts, but now we are back to no communication again? I understand if he is busy with things but I personally asked him to look into my deal about two weeks ago and have had heard nothing... Anyone hear anything? If not I think its time we take this to rakebrain.

What VIP rep were you in contact with... Out of the blue I received an email about Lock purchasing Cake from VIP at which time I replied to the email. I was contacted by Jackie a day later but have not heard anything once again in a week.

Can you post skype details please so I can try to get a hold of whoever I need to there?

Ha that must be nice. I've been asking to get paid my very small amount and haven't gotten a response. At this point I think I'm just washing my hands with them. Would be nice to be able to get untagged though so I can try to go out and try to find a reputable affiliate.

On a side note, did anyone notice that Rakebrain was banned by 2p2?

Re: VIP players.com/Rakebrain Issues

For what it's worth, I too used Rakebrain as an affiliate (on Cake). I was never given the rake bonus that was promised to me for exceeding the rake amounts of the previous months. I tried contacting Rakebrain on several occasions, but was unsuccessful in getting any help or a single response. Its been several months, and no bonus payments. GL to all who used Rakebrain.

What is the connection here? Did they buy Rakebrain from Pokerlistings? If so, did they also buy Rakerebatereview.com?

Sorry if I missed something. I have tried to contact them to buy it back but they do not reply.

Although it seems like RakeBrain have dropped the ball and hurt their customers, it's probably the case that 2+2 banned their advertising account because they stopped paying for advertising.

In general, it would be very tough (aside from scenarios of blatant fraud) for 2+2 to take a stance on their advertising affiliates business practice. There are just too many balls to juggle.

Good luck getting your money back everyone and maybe PokerAddict or Bobo can shine some light on the banning, although I'm quite sure it has nothing specifically to do with this thread.
