I am having trouble contacting them, the support hasnt been on skype since 21st Feb and i have sent email to the site and him but no reply anyone been in contact or know why im struggling?

I signed upp with then via rakebrain for an ongame deal

On Friday I sent an email to Rakebrain and to the pokerroom's vip manager. No response as of yet, but that could be because of the weekend. Will have to wait till tomorrow...

Allan is a very nice guy. Not his fault he got banned as an affiliate. I assume the network found out he was giving away some kind of rakeback % to his players, which is against the rules...

I'm not sure if he got paid for the month of Feb, but I assume he is not, since the last date he was online was Feb 20th.

The skin you play on should know he got banned and should inform you that you aren't 'linked' to an affiliate anymore.

Hi guys,

My name is Dennis and I am the newest addition to the management team at VIP. I am sorry for the lack of communication lately. Allan has been battling some personal issues while the business side of things took a hit.

I am now on board to help cleaning out the support back log and inform the players. Please rest assured that all dues will be paid. Some deals might not be able to stand in the future but all past activity will be honoured.
