sky and party

hi

sorry is this is an old or stupid question but i can't find concrete answers anywhere it seems

i really can't determine whether or not you can get rakeback playing on party poker and sky poker, i have seen rakeback offered for both sites and also read that you can't get it for either.

i have also seen rakeback deals offered for pokerstars and i do know for sure that you cannot get that

so could someone tell me, is it possible to get rakeback on partypoker and skypoker?

thanks a lot if anyone can help, rakeback confuses me at best of times

Re: sky and party

PartyPoker do not give out rakeback. They do have a pretty complex VIP program involving you buying bonuses which is based upon their point system and tiers.
You can calculate the estimated rakeback comparison on each tier.

The upper level is 50% which is mostly what is advertised across various affiliate sites. However, to reach a bonus ratio of 50% you need to buy the $75k bonus, which would require $150k in rake before. Then you of course still need to clear it, so the actual value will be lower and the bonus is only reachable for highrakers.
The lower tiers is more realistic however would only yield you in the range of 10% - 30% for most players, depending on their volume.

Rob

Re: sky and party

Sky give cash for points open to everyone, its monthly payout and you can get as high as 60% equivelent rakeback if you play loads of volume and dont mind one of the worst pieces of software available. Most players will not play the amount needed to get 60%+ and will be round about 10%-40% rakeback.

Re: sky and party

Party does not officially allow rakeback but lots of people offer it and party never does anything about it.

And now some affiliates will give some scary speech about how you shouldn't do this - but they also know what I've said is correct.

I know an affiliate who was shut down for this. So saying that Party does nothing is completely false.
