That is why it's better not to deal with guys offering something that breaks the rules (like forbidden rakeback in iPoker network). Since they easily neglect the poker room's rules they most likely will cheat you.

Of course there is a chance for getting screwed.
But I don't get it why he bothers to do this.
If he paid, he would earn 10% of my (and others) rake
each month. There is problem getting enough players
who generate total $30k/month. Thats $3k for him, but
no. Instead he pays the first month, and after 2-3 months
his affiliate account is closed - and he have to start all over
again.

Perhaps he's just too lazy or too stupid to make his business fair, stable and profitable for all sides. I'd prefer (if I were him) to do like this. The more honest you are, the more hard you work, the more satisfied clients you will get and the more recommendations they will give about you. And that means lots of new members and large profits.

Its quite simple no big deal really. I started a stake with him a few days ago. For once, I skipped Googling a players name. After I sent to him I immediately Googled his sn and came across a thread of him scamming multiple people. He did however give me his phone number. I called him right after I read the thread politely confronted him about it and he assured me that he paid those people back and was trying to fix his reputation. Hell, I believe people deserve second chances. I told him I'd give him a shot but was going to keep a tight leash on him. He updated me saying he was up $40 after two days. ( I sent him $750 to begin with). Today I log on to see him applying in two other peoples staking threads. I confront him tell him the stake is over to send me back my original funds and half of the profit and ask him how much he has in his account. He says $400. He cashed out $400 for his rent. (lol two days into the stake without asking me he cashes out over half of what I sent him.) Anyways, I would recommend not to stake him. Chat log coming

Me and Cutchalosses had a 50/50 staking deal on Stars, which will end today. I will pay him back $100 for the next 16 days. The first payment was made today, I still have 15 other payments to do.

I had to cashout some of my bankroll for life expenses and I should have told him right away but I didn't since my reputation wasn't clean. I also asked for stakes to try other networks like Merge.

So I haven't been honest with CutchaLosses and the stake deal is over. We could have made good business but I just wasted his time.

We will update this thread till the 16 payments are made back to CutchaLosses.

And can a Mod remove the second post, I have no idea why he chose this thread to post this.

Just wanted to say that although he still has my money in his account and wouldn't send it all to me as a sign of good faith he did ship me $100 tonight and all his playing right now is on his own and off our stake. I feel as he does sincerely feel bad about this situation and am hoping he does the right thing.

he still owes me money and have not paid me 1cent after withdrawing all the money from our stake
