I put in a request for rakeback in the 35-60% rakeback
thread in the affiliate forum.
I was contacted by Chadattack offering 30% on an
Ipoker skin. This 30% should come in addition to the offer
the skin would come up with. I know that RB on Ipoker
isn't something the sites allow, but as a player I'm not the
one breaking the rules. That's the affiliate who does.

I got paid in May for my April play.
When June came and I should have been paid for May, I
was told that the Ipoker skin hadn't paid Chadattack yet.
I'm a veteran bonuswhore , so I became suspicious, and therefore played minimally in June.
July came and I should be paid for May + June, but no payment came and no answers on PM here either.

I have given him many days to pay , but since he hasn't
paid or contacted me I find it necessary put up a post here
at 2+2 to warn others that he's a rakeback affiliate that
doesn't pay.

I will most likely continue to play at this skin, but i refuse
that Chadattack gets 40% of my rake contribution.
So I will contact the affiliate manager at this skin, and
tell them what's going on with Chadattack. They will
most likely be glad to kick him out of the programme, so
they don't need to pay him commision.

I know other people will reply in this thread to back up
my story.

To clear up any possible confusion, there is no "chadattack" on 2+2, just "chadattak".

A few people accused him of being a scammer in an IB thread last year. Generally speaking, we don't get involved in disputes like that. However, if he can't come into this thread and speak to the concerns raised here, I will definitely look at adding him to the rogue affiliates list.

I replied to him and gave full permission to post this. He convinced me this was true and of course I encourage anyone that has been scammed to let the forum know.

I've PMed Chadattak and asked him to address this thread. Not that I necessarily expect results, but I wanted him to be aware of it and have the opportunity to respond before any further action is taken.

I also signed up for the same 30% rb deal at <insert ipoker skin here> as potabuser from chadattak. i signed up late may and havnt received any payment i got the excuse that xxxxxxxxxxxxxx didnt pay him in june so i would get all that was owed in july. I have not been paid anything and he is now not responding to PM's even though he has logged onto the site since.

Iv stopped playing at xxxxxxxxxx because of this as i obviously dont want to be making him money while i play, and am in the process of switching sites at the mo which is a pian in the ass as it takes time + im going to have to rebuild my reward level at a different ipoker site.

I will also contact the affialiate site and hopefully we can get him kicked off there.

fwiw i also had his msn and used to speak to him before i was owed any money and he seamed like a genuine guy. Just goes to show that you have to be careful when taking these under the table deals and the more references the better.

If he sticks to his pattern he'll come on and try to joke as if it's nothing serious and that everything will be cleared up soon.

He may ask for sympathy and talk about medication he's taking, all the while promising to settle up when he can.

Then he'll disappear. Once it's clear that he'll never pay, he may come back and mock his victims and say that the medication he talked about was only a part of a scam to cheat the Quebec Health Insurance system.

Basically, he's a compulsive gambler who doesn't play poker well and has to scam people to support his habit.

This is his page. I would love that someone with
connection to affiliate department sent an email to the
different sites he's advertising, telling them what person
they are dealing with. I'm sure that VC Poker and Tower++
is glad that a scammer is promoting them.

He was last seen short-stacking NL2 on another network, so he's already busto.

However, since the first of the month is coming he'll briefly be back in action thanks to his welfare check and rake-back scams.

He owes me money aswell.

He paid me for may, and then he said there was delay for june and said he'd get the money from chili on the 15th of july, and gave me $50 'to keep him honest' and would pay when he got word from ipoker skin. I have gotten no response from him since then.

He sucks at scamming as well as poker imo. Imagine how much he could have made in commissions over time, instead of scamming his rakeback customers once and losing their business for ever.

Sorry, I've been busy with both work and holidays ; should've been on this sooner.

Since I've heard nothing from Chadattak, he is now on the rogue affiliate list. I'll look into further steps.

He owe me 150$ and im glad that he is not receiving money anymore from the ipoker site, couse I play a lot on that ipoker skin, because they have good loyalty program.
