I did NOT scam JimmyRare!
The reason that I have been a little bit late paying others is because my RK account is currently blocked (which I think Jimmy managed to do)

The situation with Jimmy is little bit complicated (please read my previous post why it has been complicated)
I have wanted to pay Jimmy back for a long time, but he has declined my 3 (THREE) attempts to do so. He wanted to use a "debt collection company" instead (lol). He declined all my attempts to pay him back. Using a debt collecting company takes many weeks, and in the middle of the process with the company, Jimmy was stupid enough to start this thread and started to insult my family.

From my point of view, that was not very smart.

The only thing that stands in the way for me paying Jimmy is this thread. A few days ago we made a deal: That I would send Jimmy an amount. He would then delete this thread or at least block out my name from this thread and I would start paying. The debt would be paid in full within 30 days or else he could start the thread back up again.
But suddenly Jimmy changed his mind. Even if I pay he said can't promise that this thread will be deleted - He really don't care.

Jimmy has crossed the line in so many ways that I actually think he don't care so much about his money. But he rather wanna start a war with me. Maybe his life is too boring - I really don't know. Which leads me to think that he don't even wanna try deleting this thread after he receives his money.

I have tried my best solving this, but it is extremely difficult to talk with him.

My point is that you tried to scam me, then you needed a trade - i just post both.

Or maybe he tried to build some trustworthy between you and him and later ask you for 2nd transaction but this time you send first ?

I say again that my own experience was that he explained his situation to me, he asked for me to advance him some funds, I did and he is returning the funds, as agreed.

Again, I can only speak from personal experience but I am confident that anybody due anything back will get it.

After he declined my attempts to pay him back I warned him about any more trashtalk of me in public. He said he was sorry for the facebook-stunt and promised to not do anything else as longest the debt was paid - But I guess Jimmy did not knew how much time a "debt company" use to claim the debts.

So in the middle of the process he went on a rampage to try **** my life up!

Again, I did not scam him. I have tried my best to solve this. But Jimmy thinks he can do as he wish.

I have Never Ever refused to pay Jimmy Engstrøm. Jimmy Engstrøm refused to be paid.

And he must feel very proud, like a huge baller for having my account at RK freezed with over €7 eur in it..

Because I than had to pay the double amount. Do you think the "debt company" just would go away?

AND because of the stupid way Jimmy has behaved. Going around trashtalking me all over. I asked him to stop when I dealt with the company. But when it was time to pay he had already damaged me good.

For me (and probably for most of the readers here) you are a true scamer!

There are several flaws in Knut's posts obviously.

1. I have never "refused" to get my money back, I think most sane people understand this.
2. The "debt company"(inkasso) will write the debt off as soon as Knut has paid, through me OR through them. This I have told Knut. Of course there is no "double" payment.
3. This thread does not hinder Knut from paying me back, how could it?
4. What line did I cross!? Knut owe ME money, not the opposite.
5. I have nothing to do with this "RK" account that Knut speak of.
6. I know that Knut has deposited over €6k at 24h poker AFTER you borrowed money from me.

1. Yes you did, please post the chatlogs where you declined my attempts to pay you back. You declined twice. And once a couple days later.

9. You are kinda correct, but you made a HUGE mess out of this easy situation. If you had just kept your mouth shut and sticked to the deal we first had, nothing of this would have happened.
