I really can't just sit and watch all of this. This is my side of the conflict with Jimmyrare:

Yes, it is correct that I owe him €3800. The money was a loan and got transfered to me on a pokersite while I was waiting for my withdrawal from an other site.

We agreed that I paid back when I received my cashout, so aprox 48 hours. Because of some ID verification the withdrawal took around 24 more hours. Jimmy got informed about that and everything was OK.

The day I was set to pay him back I was out with my family a couple hours, and I was going to transfer him the money when I got back home. I forgot my mobilephone at home.
When I came home a few hours later I had received 3 text messages from Jimmy. The last one he threatened to report me to the police. + a text message from a friend just to inform me that someone named Jimmy had posted **** on my facebook profile. (PLEASE NOTE: all this happened when it was 12 hours left of the 48h+24h time-limit)

I logged on to MSN to ask Jimmy WTF was going on. I asked him why the **** did you post **** on my facebook and he started to insult me and calling me a scammer.. (that is prob because I had cashed out €800 from the €3800 to stake a friend - but hey it is my money) (again, please note it is many hours left of the "deadline"). I had Jimmys money on MB, but he just could not stop insulting me. I am that kind of person that don't take crap from anyone, so I log off MSN.

I contact him a little while later to pay him back, but he refused. He said that he had sent a bill to a "inkasso company" to claim the money for him. I asked him again if we could solve it, and he again declined my attempt. "You have to take it with the company", he said.
I was still very angry at Jimmy because of the Facebook-stunt he pulled so we did not talk while I was waiting for the "bill"
It took the "inkasso company" 3 weeks to send me the bill, and under that 3 weeks Jimmy had called my girlfriend 4 times (again, WTF???). The bill had a 21 days time-limit, and when it was a few days left on it Jimmy sent me an e-mail: This is your last chance to pay your money (yeah ofc, I am the person that pay my bills just on time)

I again logged on MSN to ask what was going on, and he AGAIN started to insult me and calling me names without even listen to what I had to say. So I logged off again..

A few hours later the Scammer thread on 2+2 was live and he began calling around to my family saying to everyone that I was a huge scammer. That I owed him and over 20 other people big amounts (WTF?????????????)


SO? WHO THE **** STARTS TO INSULT A PERSON IN PUBLIC (FACEBOOK) THAT OWES HIM MONEY WHEN THERE IS 12 HOURS LEFT ON THE TIME-LIMIT?
AND HE DECLINED 3 OF MY ATTEMPTS TO PAY HIM BACK.

IMO, JIMMY HAS HIMSELF TO BLAME.

And I am pretty sure that Jimmy managed to have my RK account blocked (it had €7k in it) - That is why I am hanging a little bit behind paying ONE other dude I owe money.

I agreed to pay him back if this thread got deleted _yesterday_
He failed to do so.

You owe someone money. No explanations will be as helpful for your reputation as a money transfer.

The tone of that post is hilarious! "Yes I scammed the guy and didn't meet multiple deadlines but he called me a name can you believe it?"

I think I am this final one that Mr. Hunderi is paying back.

He was good enough to send me the first €200 of the €750 that he borrowed over the weekend and has promised to return the rest by tomorrow.

I am confident he will keep his word and if this thread has not been deleted by then I will be only too pleased to report to posters on here that he is not a scammer.

Unfortunately it seem like we have come to a dead end. Knut insists that I should delete this thread BEFORE he starts to pay me back.

For me the logical solution would be that he pays me back and then I'll change the title of this thread AFTERWARDS so that his name won't be showing all over google as a scammer.

All advices on how to proceed further are highly appreciated.

There seem to be a number of people taking time to post here that are getting back the money that Knut borrowed, including myself.

You don't seem to have made any reference to his last post on here which makes me think that there are reasons why you are not receiving anything from him at this time....

this account is very suspicious. he clearly didn't "borrow" all of this money. he systematically took it using the same rehearsed story about having to wait for a cashout.

if a mod could clean up knut's shill accounts that would be great.
