Re: Rakeupdate/Rakereduction Closed August 8th, Players Remain Unpaid

guys 1 thing no one is mentioning here and i think we need a serious call to action

pokerstars just bought full tilt poker!!!

whats this mean?

these guys have full tilt accounts with money in them, they have affiliate accounts with money in them. they are going to be getting money from full tilt or pokerstars now because many of us are belonging to their affiliate account

what is our call to action?

we need to find every contact we have at pokerstars. we need to show them this thread. we need to tell them they must not pay these affiliates anything. they need to find daniel perssons personal account and freeze the money. they need to find niclas elfstedts personal account and freeze the money. they should also find their affiliate account and terminate it.

we need serious action here

Re: Rakeupdate/Rakereduction Closed August 8th, Players Remain Unpaid

I've e-mailed Poker Stars to look into their accounts. Let's post any information we have about these crooks here. Daniel Persson was the person I had contact with. They made constant rakeback payments through a Full Tilt account. Someone must have that name so please post the name of that Full Tilt account.

I think it would be great if another thread was started and hopefully a rep from Poker Stars can post on this matter as well. They owe me over $40k so I'm sure they money they have stolen from players and affiliates is a very large sum and hopefully we can get these accounts frozen at the very least.

I will spend the rest of my life hunting down these thieves.

I know someday I will find Daniel Persson.

We have to stay vigilant.

I cashed out of rakeupdate on full tilt a few times and the transfers would come from "Bankomat"

Was 'Cashier Bill' FTP's own rakeback account? I also remember getting other sites' RB through Bankomat on FTP

We should contact every poker site where they hold affiliate accounts. The massive fraud they have enacted on players and affiliates would be more than enough to have all their accounts closed.

Poker sites would be more than happy to find a valid reason to prevent these criminals from receiving any money and take that percentage for themselves. I'm certain they have violated every contract with every poker site they have ever worked with.

I also had "Bankomat" for Full Tilt and "Niclasapan" for Cake, although I seem to remember that you can change your username on Cake.

Just resent my request to Stars as to where they sit with these thieves and FT r/b. Sadly this thread had sadly dropped to page 3

Re: Rakeupdate/Rakereduction Closed August 8th, Players Remain Unpaid

Full Tilt responded Today.

For anyone that still cares I had put in a Support Request via Poker Stars many months ago - before Tilt reopened but under Stars ownership - asking if these scum were still to be affiliates for Full Tilt. They referred it to FT and after many follow ups to Senior Support at Stars I finally got a FT response this morning from an Operations Shift Leader.

"Please first accept our sincerely apology for the delay in responding to your query.

We have reviewed with our affiliate team, and we can confirm that the affiliate in question has no longer doing business with us."

So some good news.
