they can untag your account from that affiliate ?

Be advised that any emails or communication received regarding RakeUpdate/RakeReduction prior to todays update should be disregarded. If you wish to check received email for legitimacy and ascertain the following information:

X-AntiAbuse: This header was added to track abuse, please include it with any abuse report
X-AntiAbuse: Primary Hostname - vps.feltpoker.com
X-AntiAbuse: Original Domain - simianplay.com
X-AntiAbuse: Originator/Caller UID/GID - [47 12] / [47 12]

You should disregard the email as a fraudulent representation of RakeUpdate/RakeReduction.

if you have rakeback with them you should leave and play someplace else

Hey just wanna say I DID send out that original email because I have been the main point of contact for a long time. So I wanted to make sure everyone knows I was gone.

I'm honestly not sure what you are supposed to "disregard" - That I'm gone??

Either way, I'm glad to be gone at this point.

You emailed everyone as them but you were gone? Didn't think you could use company email after leaving.

Well I and my Partner own the EAS Software and domain - Rakeupdate was leasing it. Since I left everyone was still contacting me, and I asked RU to start handling tickets, email's etc. After several days I finally decided to email everyone and give them some good contact info of someone that could help them.

At least Randy is communicating. I have heard absolutely nothing from RU or RR since this all blew up. Perhaps the above critic who joined to deride Randy is part of RU/RR and would like to fill us in. I'm sure some of their reps must be monitoring this and other threads. The longer it goes the worse it looks. How big is RU/RR? How many more $ are potentially about to dissappear from Poker players pockets into another black hole?

I'm an open book guy. I don't want to seem like I'm bashing RU - I worked for them for a couple years, we leased software to them and it didn't work out well.

Last I heard they were getting everything off the EAS system and doing their own thing. I haven't heard anything since form them directly.

I have nothing but respect for Daniel the owner, so I wish them luck!
