I used to love this site. It used to be just rakeupdate.com. The layout of the site was simple, their service was great, and they had this calendar layout so you can check to see how much rake you and and your referrals were making for any particular day you wanted to look at. Now the site is bull****. They're slow as **** and recently they aren't even responding to support tickets. They won't let us see how much our referrals are making each day and I'm beginning to suspect that they're skimming off the top. I have one referral whose been playing over 1500 hands a day on Carbon and I'm not seeing any increase in my referral stats. Wtf is going on? Is this the beginning of the end or what? Has anyone else had issues with this site? I've been trying to transfer money to my Carbon account to and they aren't doing anything. It's as if they had one person working on the site and handling emails and transfers and they guy just dropped dead or something. Wtf.

They have had some serious issues since BF, guessing everythings slow because of the cashflow problems. And making new site/software.

why would anyon got to rakereduction anymore? everyone knows they are scammer and thiefs and liars. you reemember battelfieldpoker? the site that closed and owed several million $$ to users? same people who own rakereduction owned battlefield poker. niclas elfstedt and daniel i dont know his last name. daniel owes me money and never pays up

Is this for real? I thought they were one of the most popular rakeback sites. I've had no issues with them before black friday. Is anyone else having issues with this? Does anyone else here have an account with them?

I do and am also having problems. My r/b is thru Bodog which was dicontinued unless grandfathered in so I can't change affiliate. At the s/ware changeover mentioned above I now log in thru through Elite Affiliate S/ware as I'm signed up as an affiliate. I signed for 32% and noticed it had dropped to 30% (I'm talking of the Bodog calc MGR not how the MGR is calculated which is weird on Bodog and a whole different stroty) They have stopped answering CS requests and emails. The supervisor manager I dealt with was Randy. Also since Neteller dumped them I have no way to cashout as their options are FT (!) Moneybookers Cake and carbon who both currently have crappy reps for payouts.

Why wouldn't they? Is there a whole bunch of posts somewhere talking about this alleged link? If not, how would people know to avoid the site?

Always good to have people come on well after it's too late and list off a bunch of "facts" as if they were common knowledge. Too bad you didn't post about this a year or two ago.

It's not too late Bobo, people still sign up with them. I dont have any info on them not paying up, but if that's really true and is happening maybe we need to warn people somehow.

sorry bobo i thought this was the very worse kept secret. i thought everyone knew of this. ask all the bigitime rakeback guys like raketracker or raketrherake. everyone knew that battelfieldpoker belonged to rakereduction.

i think now rakereduction should be listed as rogue. they arent paying anyone, they owe me a couple thousand dollars. randy doesnt even answer his messages no more and he was the only guy who was support. i would warn users to stay far away. any site that took millions from users, if you dont believe me look up battlefield poker. millions

On a different forum i read Randy's post that he doesn't work with RU anymore and all issues should be directed to Daniel.

My 2 cents.

Battlefield was just one of many white-label sites operated by Tusk. Tusk went under. Blaming the skin owners for players' losses makes no sense (you could argue either the players or the skin owners "should have known," but that still leaves the players responsible for their own decisions on where to play). The skin owners lost their investment in their skins as well. Put another way, I believe in taking personal responsibility for one's own decisions, as opposed to blaming losses on a big brother of some sort.

Hey guys, I'm very sorry to hear the issues. I am no longer with RakeReduction / Rakeupdate - I will say those guys are not scammers or bad people. Of course BF has caused a delay on cashouts and such, but that's understandable.

Why are they not answering support tickets? Isn't that the same as emailing support@rakeupdate.com? And can you tell us the reason why you aren't with the site anymore? Is it something we should be concerned about?
