The RTR freeroll at full tilt was put at times to suit the american players.
With them gone is there any chance you can put it earlier so it is in a better time for the general european player?

Hiya Aeis,

It was always at that time to suit the majority of the players around the world

We can definitely look at moving it in the future. This Sunday's will remain at 20:00 BST (19:00 GMT) for now and possibly next month's which we have already tabled. But we may look to move the time in June for May's promotion a couple of hours earlier.

Rakeback payments for March were submitted last Wednesday and were paid on Thursday/Friday

I just checked and have not received payment...can you please check RTR37384...plus i also still show a balance on the raketherake site and it has not been paid. I would appreciate it

Seems your payment was withheld because you had a negative this month.

However now AP cant transfer the balance because you are US based.

We'll have to talk to AP/UB and see what can be done
But this may take some time so we appreciate your patience in advance

yes, i am sure i have a negative because i changed some points for cash...which apparently the ruling on that just changed and now affects ur rakeback...but regardless..i still have a profit coming to me and in actuality i had a positive of over 200 from last month...the negative is from this month...and is only $30 something..thanks for ur help

There is still a little country to the north of the US that is allowed to play on FT.

I also have not recieved my rakeback for Feb or Mar. I had a $18 negative on FT but have no idea why that has held back $600 in rakeback on AP. Can you please see if I will be recieving this payment.Name is rtr21015.
