Hi Altreg,

Rakeback at Full Tilt is never handled by the affiliates. It is dealt with by FT direct. Affiliates are not involved in the process so you should be paid as normal.

If we have an existing William Hill account, which isnt tagged to you are we ineligible for the promo or can we get it tagged?

Also with regards to the AP/UB promo do we have to sign up by a certain time or could we sign up any time between the start and end of the promo period i.e. maybe rake 3000 in a month rather than 6.

Hey FF

The payments are all made by FT direct and the affiliates have no involvement at all in the process.

We are still waiting to hear from FT on how rakeback payments will be affected but since we understand it's business as usual for the rest of the world, we cannot see why rakeback payments will affected. We hear some people are able to withdraw money etc so hopefully nothing will be affected for non-US players.

The bigger concern at the moment is US player funds etc.

Tomorrow will bring more information we hope from Stars/Tilt and AP/UB.

And we will then be able to update everyone with some solid facts rather than speculation.

All decisions on races will be decided in the next 48 hours.

The races which have finished so far will be honoured of course
Races which started on the 16th, we will need to decided upon soon.
Also races which are month long.
