Just want to make closure of my issue. After i forwarded all of my emails to RTR, my issue was resolved in two days, thanks.
Also Noiq also offered me a 100 euor bonus as to show they do care of their players. While i appreciated the offer, still it had taken me more than two months to get the value for my NIP, plus i played about two moth to rake more than 20K in euro for those NIP, at the end, i decided i wouldn't play at noiq for the 100 euro bonus.
