why is it that rtr still promotes wincake when they do not pay out players??!
I have funds stuck there for months now because of you and have quit playing on any rooms I signed up to through rtr.

Hey mdma - it's a fair question and one we have been asked a few times recently.

We and most of the other affiliates who have promoted Cake since the beginning continue to do so for a few reasons. We have all known the team that run Cake for 7/8 years – They are not the untrustworthy types like those (in charge of the other rooms) who ran off with player money in recent years.
They are good people and they are trying hard to turn the situation around. If we all stop promoting Cake together, this will mean what is left of the room currently will cease most likely and then there will be no money to pay you back. This suits nobody. Players are getting paid out but there is no question that it is slow (and painful)! We are hoping to hear some positive noise from them in the not too distant future.

Please can you PM me your RTR number so i can look into your account and ind out the status of your payment.

I won Bounty tournament (1st place, as well as a bounty) on 24hPoker 2 out of first 3 games. 24h poker gave me sat tickets prize but vengefully banned me from -playing MPN sats with them. Depicted bellow. They ignore my mails, chat support is never on for me, and since they issued 5 tickets with 1 week validity and sats don't even run that often, my 55e tickets are going to a waste. As a retaliation for my very bad value for them and other issues we recently had.

What does that have to do with RTR?

I signed up on wincake through RTR and got my money stucked now. Also wrote you some emails to get help with this issue, but you never respond to my mails.

Sorry to hear you are having problems. We reply to every email so if you have sent them, we most likely havent received them or we have replied and you havent received them because they have gone to spam etc.
