Rakemeback Site Problems

I have not received rakeback from this site from last month. They wrongly advertised rakeback percentage for Pointpoker. My stats said I should recieve 29.07 euros. When was not paid nothing after a few days I questioned why I had not received and now they say you are only on 30% rakeback and you need to rake enough to received 20 euros (although my stats said 29.07 lol)which apparently I had not. Even though I my stats said I had raked enough to recieve 29.07 euros.

I know it is not alot, but it is the principle of it. It is their error as they have falsely represented rakeback percentage but they have done nothing to resolve error. Their support is very poor and accept no responsibility at all.

This is not the first problem I have had with Rakemeback and from my experiences I would advise you guys to use another affiliate.

Re: Rakemeback Site Problems

Between which time frame did you earn €29.07 in rakeback? I read their review for Point Poker and I think the terms are pretty clear. Payments are made twice a month and you have to reach the rake requirement of €67 for the rake period of 1st-14th or 15th-31st.

Re: Rakemeback Site Problems

Yes they have changed it now, but when I joined they had it advertised at 45%. 45% was showing on my stats so when its says 29.07 euros I thought I had raked over 20 euros to get paid. Very unclear indeed. If I had of known I was only getting 30% I would have joined the Purple Lounge on same network, as I have heard of it and quite well known, been going a long time etc. So personally I would have felt more secure there.
If your stats are showing at 45% you expect to get what its says.
The deal was very unclear when I first joined so their terms were not clear at all. I have tried explaining this to them but their customer service is lousy. Anyway as I say they have changed to correct % now, so hopefully this will create less confusion to other new sign ups.
