RakeAid- where are my stats?

Anyone else not seeing ANY stats for November and December on the RakeAid site? I have been assured that it is due to a "site upgrade" but this is one of the slowest upgrades I have ever seen. I have been told several times to check back in X number of days but the stats are never there.

Re: RakeAid- where are my stats?

Speaking of RakeAid and it's fine owner what the heck is he talking about in his latest blog post? He's babbling on about having offered rakeback for PokerStars in 2007 and all the suggestions he made to 2+2 when he was in talks with them about acquiring their site. I've been around rake back for quite a while and I have never heard anyone say rakeback at Stars was possible and I can't believe that Mason would ever consider selling 2+2 to that slimy little weasel. Is he megalomaniacal or just plain crazy?

He had another blog post that has recently been deleted where he was bragging about how many poker related sites he owns and what a big whoop deal he is and how everyone bends over to kiss his butt and treats him like royalty now at affiliate conventions because he has such a huge presence in the market. I found it funny since it seems pretty much everyone who has every had anything to do with him or RakeAid think he's either an unresponsive unreliable rakeback provider, crook, liar, degenerate, or all of the above. I wouldn't even mention the name of his site in the same sentence with the established rakeback affiliates who advertise here on 2+2. He talks on his blog about not doing with business with Absolute because of their shadiness. While that may be true with regard to AbsoIute I think it's the affiliate programs who shouldn't allow him to represent them and not the other way around. He's a disgrace to poker players everywhere and he's proven that time and time again just with his shenanigans here at 2+2.

Here's an interesting little tidbit that everyone who is even thinking about doing business with him should read first. It's from several years ago but I think it speaks to his character then and is probably still a reflection of what people can expect from him now. Do most leopards really change their spots?

Heh, wonder what that was.

As for the Stars comment they either were considering allowing a few of their biggest affiliates go to MGR or have already done so. It has been discussed here a handful of times. You can be sure he isn't one of these affiliates and if he was then bragging about it violating their T&C's would certainly put an end to it. I don't even know for sure if Stars ever followed through on it.

Re: RakeAid- where are my stats?

Well, haven't heard anything from Rakeaid support since asking specifically for a cashout for December. Looks like I am going to stop playing under the account I have through them and just chalk up lost rakeback from the last couple months to another example of William F's dishonesty/ineptitude.

Re: RakeAid- where are my stats?

probably we should ask FullTilt to change our affiliates in these kind of cases.

FWIW I heard Full Tilt is on his butt and threatening to take his rakeback away. A lot of people have been complaining about non-payment, slow payments, nasty-grams from RakeAid support, and so-on. Try emailing Full Tilt if you still have problems.

Re: RakeAid- where are my stats?

In an e-mail that I received the second week of January, Bill said that FTP will be auto-paying rakeback at this point. To quote it here is what it said exactly:

"Due to a large number of complaints surrounding our attempt to transition to a cashout anytime program we have decided to put those plans on hold for the time being. The solution we have come up with in the near term to make sure cashouts are done in an efficient and timely fashion is to have FTP Rakeback Auto Paid each month by FTP. FTP has agreed to do this and we'll begin immediately."

For what it's worth, I've never had a problem with RakeAid. They may have taken a few days longer than expected a couple months, but I've never not been paid. And, they have always answered my e-mails.
