Stats reporting
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
We apologize for the inconvenience but while merging the databases of RakeAid.com, Buildaroll.com (which we have recently acquired) and psmoney.com (which we have also acquired) we have run into some technical issues that make certain stats not report right and makes it difficult for us to upload new stats in a timely fashion.
We are working around the clock to improve the website, database and user experience, and we are confident in 2008 RakeAid will be the premier rakeback site on the internet. Thank you for your understanding as we roll out our new site.
Cashouts
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
If you are owed greater than $50 for October or prior months, write in now to
cashouts@rakeaid.com and we'll get you paid right away.
If you are owed over $50 for November or for a combination of months including November, we'll send out a notice when cashouts are available. As we said in our newsletter, this month may be slow. Merging these databases is a massive job and we only have three people working on it now. If you know any PHP or MySql developers, we are hiring!
We fully expect November payments to be made by Christmas and to have a very smooth system and website ready for you guys in early 2008."
so i look into my pokertrackers (omaha+holdem) and see that i have ~$350 more rake just in cash games than they have for me total in all games. this isnt including 584 sngs or random mtts.
do any of you guys have experience with rakeaid ? if so how far off are they in terms of actual rake #s for you ? and a big LOL at them for saying they just acquired 2 more sites and only have 3 people movin the data after admitting their rake reporting is fd up
