Rakeaid Problems

fwiw getting the simple question "how does my ftp signup bonus affect my rakeback?" answered by these guys was a total headache. so i guess this shouldnt be totally surprising:

"From: admin
Subject: Stats, Reporting and Cashouts
Message:
Stats reporting
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
We apologize for the inconvenience but while merging the databases of RakeAid.com, Buildaroll.com (which we have recently acquired) and psmoney.com (which we have also acquired) we have run into some technical issues that make certain stats not report right and makes it difficult for us to upload new stats in a timely fashion.
We are working around the clock to improve the website, database and user experience, and we are confident in 2008 RakeAid will be the premier rakeback site on the internet. Thank you for your understanding as we roll out our new site.
Cashouts
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
If you are owed greater than $50 for October or prior months, write in now to cashouts@rakeaid.com and we'll get you paid right away.

If you are owed over $50 for November or for a combination of months including November, we'll send out a notice when cashouts are available. As we said in our newsletter, this month may be slow. Merging these databases is a massive job and we only have three people working on it now. If you know any PHP or MySql developers, we are hiring!

We fully expect November payments to be made by Christmas and to have a very smooth system and website ready for you guys in early 2008."

so i look into my pokertrackers (omaha+holdem) and see that i have ~$350 more rake just in cash games than they have for me total in all games. this isnt including 584 sngs or random mtts. do any of you guys have experience with rakeaid ? if so how far off are they in terms of actual rake #s for you ? and a big LOL at them for saying they just acquired 2 more sites and only have 3 people movin the data after admitting their rake reporting is fd up

Re: Rakeaid Problems

Since RakeAid did not answer your question, let me see if I can help you. Whenever you receive a bonus from FTP they will deduct the bonus from your total rake generated. So if you receive $600 it will charge your total rake by -$600. So with 27% rakeback you will have -162 in rakeback.

Re: Rakeaid Problems

very much appreciated rbc... months ago i was trying to get answer from rakeaid about the bonus. after 4 emails to them they told me to ask ftp, that it was up to them, lol. ftp affiliates team said its deducted, first email. i was just using that as an example of how id rather bash my head with a brick then email rakeaid my questions. sorry if the post was cluttered, my main issue is how far are they off on my MGR totals. j/w about other ppls experiences with rakeaid

Re: Rakeaid Problems

Re: Rakeaid Problems

I have been with RakeAid as long as I've been at my current poker site and have had no problems of any significance....They promptly respond to my emails and to date have handled any concerns I have had to my satisfaction. I think people should relax a bit and let them get their glitches ironed out and see what happens.
