Pokerstars does not pay their affiliates - RESOLVED

I own a little Italian poker website. On Apr 30, 2012 I reached the minimum import (100 eur) to get money from Pokerstars. Their help
https://www.pokerstarspartners.com/public/help/faq.html
says to write to affiliates@pokerstarspartners.com to proceed with the KYC. I wrote them about 3 or 4 times and more than 30 days go, without receiving any answer. I opened a ticket on pokerstarspartners and of course no answer.

Is there someone here that knows how to get money from Pokerstars?

Re: Pokerstars does not pay their affiliates

Thread title is not accurate. They have been paying me every month (and replying promptly to emails).

I'm not saying you are lying or anything just that your case is probably an isolated incident of some sort. Not sure how you would get in touch with them if email doesn't work. Good luck.

Re: Pokerstars does not pay their affiliates

Pokerstarspartners isn't as fast as Pokerstars normal support, but that is not to be expected given how fast and numerous general support is, not to mention that the affiliate team likely has many more issues other than replying to emails.

That said, it looks like they aren't treating you well. I would send an email to management and report your experience and ask if they can find somebody to take care of you.

If you aren't satisfied after that step, you can either take it to their regulator at the Isle of Man or quit promoting them (or both).

I've never had a payment issue with PokerStars, both from a player and affiliate perspective. And while no poker room is perfect, including PokerStars, I have found PokerStars to be far and above the quality in most ways that other rooms (often casino + poker rooms unfortunately but even FTP pre BF) operate.

Write another one, as said before, ps is usually the most trusted Site so I'm sure this is just a misunderstanding

Re: Pokerstars does not pay their affiliates

Thank you Ryan for your help. Quit promoting them is not a good option because I have players that continue playing on Pokerstars. The regulator at the Isle of Man will be my last option. For management you mean support@pokerstars.com?
If I go on pokerstars.com I get redirected on pokerstars.it

I wrote them on
01 Apr
18 May
18 June
18 June to lauram@pokerstars.com
and opened once or twice the ticket on affiliate support.
probably on 01 Apr my request was not correct because I did not reach the 100 eur.
Do we try another one?
(if someone knows an email of a good employe at Pokerstars you can send me a private message)

Re: Pokerstars does not pay their affiliates

I spoke to pokerstars affiliate earlier this week after I read this. They were sending the email over with the link to this thread to the Italian affiliate side, so I'm guessing this is an issue isolated to the .IT affiliate staff, if anything.

Fwiw, .com affiliate (pokerstarspartners) responded to my email in 2-3 hours.

Glad to hear you got it resolved.

I have nothing but good experiences with the .com affiliate program. Generally get very fast replies.

Re: Pokerstars does not pay their affiliates

Unfortunatly I did not resolve anything yet. Only got an email after writing them many times. Laura replied to me to fill in a form, but when I replied her I discovered she is out of office until July 9th. So my problem is still on going. I will write here updates.

I'm sure you will get it solved no problem when she returns to the office. Pokerstars is not one cause problems for affiliates/players unless it is warranted. Keep us updated in any event.

Re: Pokerstars does not pay their affiliates

Until today Pokerstars did not send me any money and I did not get any reply from Laura who should be returned at work on 09 July.
What a pain to get only 100 eur.
