Re: Pokersavvy Payment - RESOLVED

MrTen & alexantis,

These aliases you have used for your 2+2 accounts do not correspond to any user names in the PokerSavvy database, so I unfortunately can't speak directly to the issues you may be experiencing.

Please know though, that the only way an account gets marked as "not tracked" in our system, is if the poker room's reporting or the affiliate manager indicate that a user has not signed up through PokerSavvy.

In the case of Redkings, it was likely a combination of both, as we are diligent with following up on tracking issues with their affiliate manager. Unfortunately, if the affiliate manager at the poker room informs us that a sign up is "direct to room" and not through PokerSavvy, we can't credit your account with the savvypoints you feel you are owed. We are very sorry for the inconvenience this might cause you. Often we will provide users with coupons as a way to compensate them for their time, which we likely offered to your accounts. (Again, without any information, it is difficult for me to speak directly to your issues).

In regards to Bwin: There has been some confusion with the poker room's verification department regarding the requirements which we are close to resolving. Our sincerest apologies for the delay.

Thank you for your patience,

Tore Ingersoll - Thorp

Re: www.pokersavvy.com problems - RESOLVED

when I opened the betsharks account requirement was 900FPP which was changed later 1500FPP..

i play over 900FPP and now pokersavvy says I have not played enough.

POKERSAVVY locks all the threads PS forum which talk about the problems, LOL

Re: Pokersavvy Payment - RESOLVED

alexantis,

We have been in constant contact with you about both issues and I have personally escalated the player checks to the affiliate managers at both rooms.

This is obviously not an ideal situation for you, but we are working on it.

Thank you for your patience,

Tore

This is a misrepresentation of the actions we take in regards to our forum.

We lock threads that are support related and have been responded to. With the support center and our support email (support@pokersavvy.com) address responding to issues within 24 hours, we limit our forum for general poker discussion only.

Betsharks unfortunately had to be taken off our site due to some reporting issues and all of the pokersavvy users who had an outstanding sign up with the poker room were contacted directly and offered compensation for their time. Including yours.

The offer still stands,

Tore Ingersoll - Thorp

Pokersavvy - huge mess - RESOLVED

Hi,I don't know if that's the right section,if its not I apologize.
Anyways,I have a problem.
I signed up on purple lounge through pokersavvy and cleared the requirements.
I then requested a bonus check as usual.
However, pokersavvy told me that neither my log in name nor my table name would appear on their list.
I thought that the unlikely event happened that I'm not tracked to them, however,I contacted purple lounge live support and they told me I am tracked to them.
They also told me that their affiliate manager will contact savvy to confirm them I'm tracked to them.
Well I requested another bonus check,a few days later it got denied again.
So I went back to purple lounge support and asked wtf is up,and they told me everything is fine and I'm tracked and everything, status confirmed to savvy...
Now I just requested a 4th bonus check (the 3rd one got denied too),I just don't know what to do anymore,I sent another email to savvy last week which got ignored...

btw,I also cleared the bwin bonus which says I need to make 40€ rake (I made $59 rake according to bwin page, which equals 41€) and this one got denied as well.
Sent a 2nd bonus check...

I wouldn't worry about it if the mistake is on my part, but this is obviously not my fault since I followed the instructions, and this isn't a deal about a few dollars, this is worth $260 (affiliate bonus+coupon+500 pts bonus for 5th room) and my move to gold membership.
I cleared 3 rooms through savvy before without any problems so I have no idea wtf the problem is with this...

Does anyone have any advice what I can do?

Thanks in advance for help.

Re: Pokersavvy - huge mess

Hello KevB1993,

This is Tore Ingersoll - Thorp, the support manager for PokerSavvy.com.

We completely understand your frustration but occasionally tracking errors can occur, and it takes time for us to resolve them with the poker room. We understand that you have been waiting for some time to receive your points from Purple Lounge, but to date you have never appeared on their reporting as being tracked through PokerSavvy and we have not received a response from their affiliate manager in regards to our player checks.

Please understand that we are actively addressing this issue and will do our best to achieve a positive outcome for you.

We would also like to take this opportunity to clarify something you have posted here. Characterizing our efforts to assist you is completely inaccurate. We have consistently responded to your inquiries, keeping you up to date with the status of your support issue, and would be happy to forward those emails to you again if by chance you missed them.

Lastly, we are happy to report that we were finally able to verify with Bwin that you have met the requirements needed to qualify for the kickback. Your savvypoints have been credited, please enjoy spending them in our shop.

We will keep emailing Purple Lounge in an attempt to clarify this situation for you. We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding.

Best,

Tore

Re: Pokersavvy - huge mess

Thanks tore,I recieved my points for bwin
About the purple lounge issue, yesterday I chatted with their live support again,I went there mainly because I didn't get the promised 30% loyalty bonus :

You're through to Purple Lounge live chat support. A Customer Support agent will be with you in a moment.
You have been connected to Melissa S.
Melissa S: hello how are you today?
Kevin r: Hi,just a question,when is the 30% VIP bonus paid?
Melissa S: It was paid today
Kevin : Oh really?I didn't receive anything
Kevin : and I made 102 VIP points
Kevin ver the last 2 weeks
Melissa S: one moment please
Kevin : So I shoulve received like $30.60
Kevin : Ok ty
Melissa S: you are not tracked properly, but our affiliate manager will fix the problem, and you will receive your VIP points later today
Kevin : I'm not tracked properly?? I asked 3 times to fix the problem and got assured it would be fixed...
Kevin : Pokersavvy never sees my username on the list, but I got told 3 times I'm tracked correctly to them on here, and affiliate manager would confirm it to them
Kevin : but they also always reject that I am tracked to them
Melissa S: one moment please
Melissa S: your are tracked, but since you are on Pokersavyy you don't receive VIP points. You are not allowed
Melissa S: But you can get the pokersavyy bonus
Kevin : lol what? Now you're telling weird stuff...when I first asked live support,I got told "you can't get part of 1st deposit bonus, but because you are pokersavvy player you get 30% loyalty bonus",now I don't get anything?
Kevin : And also,I sent 4 bonus check request to pokersavvy about the bonus now,but everytime they say I'm not tracked...
Kevin : I don't really care about the 30% bonus,but I want my savvypoints..
Melissa S: You are tracked and you will get 30% VIP points
Melissa S: I'm sorry I meant the Pokersavyy points
Melissa S: I apologise for the inconvinience
Melissa S: Your status has been confirmed
Kevin Braunreuther: Ok but can you please contact them then?Because EVERYTIME I sent a bonus request to them they say I'm not tracked,no matter what I do,I even sent emails to tem,but they always say the same for 2 weeks now
Melissa S: It is sent now
Melissa S: Is there anything else I can help with?
Kevin Braunreuther: Ok,thanks no that was all,bye and thanks

I really think the mistake is on their side now, seeing they don't even know what they're talking about.
When I played 200 raked hands I shouldve gotten $10 of the 1st deposit bonus, but they said "because you're pokersavvy player, you get 30% loyalty bonus instead of the 1st deposit bonus",now I don't get any bonus from them? Pretty amazing
To me they seem to be pretty unprofessional and there is zero communication between them, seeing they didn't even contact you like I got told they would almost 2 weeks ago..

Anyways, thanks again for your efforts about clearing this and I hope I can clear many more rooms when this had a positive outcome

Re: www.pokersavvy.com problems - RESOLVED

yeah im not even being tracked anymore, nearly 3weeks since last update. used to love savvy, but now with the lack of promos such as the rake race for non rakeback players at fulltilt there are much better deals around, real shame

Re: www.pokersavvy.com problems - RESOLVED

aurasant,

Could you clarify what you are asking or stating here? Moneybookers orders have been paid out, on schedule, with the only delays caused by standard security checks. A batch will be processed today as a matter of fact.

daveg,

Without your user name I can't address the specific tracking error you may be experiencing.

In regards to Full Tilt: In light of their recent issues involving the United States Federal Government, the poker room has been removed from our site. Hopefully at some point in the future we will be able to work with them again and get some offers back up, but in the meantime, many other poker rooms are available for users of PokerSavvy.

Feel free to PM me with any questions or complaints you need addressed.

Tore Ingersoll - Thorp
