I have similar problem. Same playing at Pokersaints. Requirement was poker points, but now, support talk about "gross rake" and of course, didnt tell me, how many they think I should make, and how many I made till now.

Our support is telling you about gross rake because that is what we have always received the data from Pokersaints in. We then take the calculation they have given us to use (ratio of (y)$ in gross rake to (x) in FPP points) and then see who has qualified/ credit appropriately.

It would be no different if the data was in points. The simple fact is: The poker room is providing us with the information to credit users and if that information indicates that we should not credit you, we don't.

If you dispute that we can follow up with the room, something you should do as well.

Regardless, our support is handling your issue at pokersavvy, not here- So I would suggest if you would like this resolved, you stay in contact with them over there.

Just an update on this: Everyone who had an issue in this thread has been credited.

(including you tomir- Pokersaints is a hot mess so we just credited you even though we won't receive a referral commission)

Sorry for the time it took- Sometimes reporting just locks our wheels.

My problem solved. I want to write that here, because I think this is the correct from me, but I see now, that sirtorgo already do this. np
There were some misunderstandings between us (PS and me) and I still think, that the requirement must be fixed (if its in points, then must watch only points, if its rake, then rake), but finally the Savvy was VERY correct. I received mail, that they credited my points on 08.02, and another one on 11.02, that I met requirements. That probably mean, they credited the points before they received correct info from poker room (otherwise I have now already 2x more points, than the requirement was )

I still think that if I made ​​a contract with Savvy, and if I fulfill the criteria, I can expect a reward. I have nothing with communication between Savvy and poker room.

PS I hope, You received commision. (I have now about 600 points)

Is pokersavvy dead/just scamming these days? I placed a little shop order 9 days ago (digital goods which are supposed to take 24-48h to receive), but havent received them yet and the "support" just ignores me :/

Reason Im asking is that I still got a part of the bonus to clear, but obv dont want to waste my time if I dont get "rewarded" anyway..

Hello!
I sent e-mail to Savvy support more than 10 days before, but have no answer yet. That's why I'm writing here. ( Sorry for my English, I know it's not good enough -__- )

I registered on Red Star Poker throw Poker Savvy January, 3. This is the screen of e-mail from Savvy ( I have just Russian, its about confirmation of registration )



Then I had some problems with poker room ( they forgot about my deposit bonus and didn't return money from closed table ), but Red Star Support solved the problem very fast and I continued play. After few weeks I had enough Loyalty Points for bonus. And I sent e-mail to Savvy support with this screen (with my Table Name and amount of points )



And what do I have today? Surprise!



Why?!

I'm so dissapointed

Please, help me. My Poker Savvy and Red Star account names the same: Z0jkas.

I represent Pokersavvy and took a look at your case. It looks as though you contacted us via email and through our support center (which creates a ticket for support to address).

The reason they did not respond via your email is that they responded via the support center, which should have sent you their reply when they addressed your Redstar sign up.

Regardless- I'll have them respond to your email and go into a little more detail about your situation. Apologies for the delay/inconvenience.

Today I received answer from Savvy



I can't understand, what did I do wrong =( It's not my first bonus and I did all the same, previous ones with another poker rooms was successful..

I will send one more e-mail to Red Star. But I think, nothing will change =(

Every poker room is different. Some make tracking easy, others are a pain in the ass. It could be that at some point you clicked on a Red Star link with another affiliate, and got tracked to them through cookies, even though you didn't sign up with them. Or it could just be that something messed up on Red Star's end - that happens sometimes.

Saw your email in the support queue- Our support team will likely respond to it within a couple of hours as they work through the emails from overnight.

Not sure why you don't appear in the data they send us, but it looks as though this is going to be a positive resolution for you- Which is great- But I'd just like to take the opportunity to point this out:

While I certainly don't mind fielding your post in this thread, as you can see, posting here was unnecessary. We were responding to the issue at every turn, with the information we had, on Pokersavvy.

Posting here doesn't really expedite your issue (a common misconception), it just makes it public when it doesn't really need to be. Again, don't mind at all responding, but the issue was first addressed on Savvy and will be resolved on Savvy.

Apologies that this was a frustrating experience for you. As Bobo pointed out, happens now and again with every poker room.
