Re: Pokersavvy Payment - RESOLVED

Did't want to create a new thread so id taught id post here.

I made a moneybookers order for the amount off 135 and they asked me to send them id and a bill to prove my address etc fairenough pretty standard for most place's,they than ask for a pic off me holding my id next to my face strange i taught but i did it anyways they have know emailed me back the same request but to now hold up a piece off paper quoting some number or something wtf??

Im not on here to bad mouth them i know they are 100% legit and the few dealings ive had wit support before this they have been very helpful.

I just want to know if anyone else on here as been asked to go through all this for such a small sum they are really making me jump through hoops and i feel like im been accused of bein a lier.

Thanks.

Re: Pokersavvy Payment - RESOLVED

Hey GreenJoker,

Tore Ingersoll - Thorp from PokerSavvy here again.

Our sincerest apologies for asking you to take these extra steps to receive your order.

Our security department informed us that there is some similar internet service provider information (ISP address) that your account shares with another PokerSavvy username, which triggered this extra request.

We completely understand how frustrating this is, and most certainly do not think you are a liar. We are just trying to make sure that there is no reason to continue flagging your account for review.

Again, we are very sorry for any inconvenience this might cause you. Once you have completed the process, we won't hesitate to process your order.

Thank you for your patience and cooperation,

Tore Ingersoll - Thorp

www.pokersavvy.com problems - RESOLVED

Hi

I wanted to give you a heads up about pokersavvy.. I join this affiliate about three weeks ago.. and I started playing on a pokerroom I didnt really like, the only reason was because it had the most rakeback than any other poker room.

So I was trusting that pokersavvy was gonna pay me my rakeback and made the sacrifice to play on a site that didint had a lot of games going on and had a poor interface and most of the time you had to wait a while for a game.

To my surprise after grinding for long hours and spending some big bucks and having a nice sum of money in rake pokersavvy didn't pay my rakeback nor did they give me a reason, even thou they said that on that particular poker room the rakeback gets paid on a daily basis.. they just dont answer my emails after sending them one a day for the last 10 days..

Now i'm busto because of playing other types of games im not really good at because I got tired of waiting for tables to fill or being on the wait list of just the one table that was active.

And I sent tons of emails to pokersavvy and they dont answer any of them.

So my advice to everyone who reads this is use another affiliate this one might have good deals but its a big hoax!!

regards

dash

Just done my first promotion on pokersavvy and after meeting the requirements have been told my account wasnt tagged to pokerstars.

Will not be doing any more promotions on pokersavvy until they sort this out!

I followed their instruction and did the bonus very quickly aswell but SFA to show for it!

did any of these offers had any rakeback? because in my case the rakeback is way more important than the 750-1000 savvypoints you get for clearing an offer.

Unfortunately after speaking with PokerStars we have been informed that your account is not tracked to our affiliate tracker. As a result, we cannot qualify you for our bonus offer.

PokerStars will not retag player accounts to our affiliate account. They will not do this for any affiliate. Due to PokerStars privacy policy, we are prohibited from contacting PokerStars directly regarding any individual player's account. If your account is not tracked to us, I do apologize, but we unfortunately cannot do anything.

I would be happy to credit you a bonus 25% SavvyPoints coupon on your next sign-up with PokerSavvy as a token of our apology.

Also - we strive to provide our players the most up-to-date information about their bonuses - including tracking. We're the only poker affiliate in the industry that contacts players to confirm their tracking as soon as we receive word.

Unfortunately, in the case of PokerStars, we cannot provide this information to our players, as PokerStars does not share this information with us. Normally, if you experience a tracking error, we will notify you immediately, and also work with the poker room to correct this error before you begin playing. In the case of PokerStars, we sadly do not have access to this information.
