Pokersavvy problems - RESOLVED

Happened this day with www.pokersavvy.com;

Make $90 Moneybookers order and asked from support when they will be process transaction and get answer that they are currently doing them and i´m on queue and was waiting money within hours.

After couple PM´s with Support who told me Hold on and wait, money will arrive really soon, i get e-mail from other (?) support guy and he says me this:

Hello,
>>
>> Your order will be processed with the next batch, which will most
>> likely
>> be placed next week.
>>
>> Our apologies for any inconvenience this might cause you.
>>
>> Best,
>>
>> PS Support

***edit*** They also block me from reading their Forum and send and/or read any my private messages there. I have only wrote 1 topic there, asking when my Ladbrokes sign up will be checked.

So after this and doing some math 1+1 isn´t 2 at this time, i think Pokersavvy has run out of money and pay orders when they get dollars from somewhere else.

I´m happy to get new propositions by PM for some good kickback site.

ps. I´m willing to sell 1200Savvypoints for discounted price, $110 if somebody trust this place and can convert them into money.

Re: Pokersavvy out of money (Not pay Moneybookers orders)

Welcome to twoplustwo new poster with an 'issue!'

What the hell are you talking about in your OP?? You ordered something and it's going to take a week?? You're kind of rambling up there so maybe clarify what the hell you're talking about.

Oh and Savvy isn't broke. Although you've displayed a rather concrete case for your opinion, I would find it highly unlikely they're broke.

Okay, but if their support last told you it will be processed next week then they will process it next week.

I'd worry half way through next week if there was still no transfer, but they seemed to have a good idea that you would be paid 'sometime next week'

As for them being broke, I wish I were as 'broke' as them.

Funny thing is that first Support guy number 1 told that payment is on queue and i can wait money on really soon after payments done and when i was waiting about 5 hours from that time they decided to pay it next week or week after that.

That was my kinda last online money and i was supposed to play some kickback bonus with that.

Still looking for 1200 Points --> $110 Moneybookers transfer if any?

Re: Pokersavvy out of money (Not pay Moneybookers orders)

Hello,

I actually work for PokerSavvy and am going to have to clarify a few things here because this user is posting some things that are just plain inaccurate.

Quote:
Pokersavvy out of money (Not pay Moneybookers orders)
There are two things that are gross distortions in this title:
1) PokerSavvy is most certainlynot out of money. We use MoneyBookers as an option in our shop, thus we have an account there, and reload that account every so often in order to process orders. To be frank- What is, or is not in our account, is none of your business. We will process orders in the time we clearly list in our shop. 72 hours or three business days.

2) To say that we "not pay Moneybookers orders" is completely incorrect. We processed 156 orders on Wednesday, and will probably process twice that many on Monday when we process our next batch. (yours included)

Quote:

No one ever wrote this to you. Support, or the orders department, most certainly did not. We processed NO orders today. We had processed some on Wednesday, and due to some other types of outstanding orders, we scheduled our next batch for next week.

Quote:
money will arrive really soon
Never said that. Period.

Quote:

You are leaving out the part when you berated one of our employees with foul language over the course of nine personal messages to his account. Why would we let you to continue to post in our forum after this kind of behavior? We are a professional organization, and we expect our users to behave like adults.

Please re read what you wrote. We will process your order next week.

I would like to state for the record that this is an extremely isolated incident. Most people who place an online order with an eCommerce service understand that they will not receive their item within 20 minutes.

In addition, we specifically post on our site that when you place the order, that it could take up to 72 hours or three business days to process this order.

We were very polite and clear with you today and you responded by publicly trashing our website and business. I think our record, and the amount of users we have worked with, speak for itself.

If anyone would like to write to me personally to clarify how our orders work, I'd be more then happy to answer your questions. My email is: tore@pokersavvy.com.

I will be back in the office on Monday, as tomorrow is my birthday, and I am going to hit the blackjack tables.

Best,

Tore Ingersoll - Thorp

Re: Pokersavvy out of money (Not pay Moneybookers orders)

FWIW Moneybookers also has a maximum daily/weekly/monthly transfer limit for smaller merchants. It isn't the most efficient way to move money. It sounds like OP is a degenerate that is desperate to spew this $90 as fast as possible. OP, get a drink and calm down. You will get your money I am sure.

Also no, I don't work for Pokersavvy. In fact I work for a company that competes with them. I just want to clear up this BS. Calm down OP!

Nice one Tore! Our other worker; SavvyPromos told me clearly that you are processed now orders and i´m on queue.

As in your language it means: "no orders processed today". LOL.

You can post all 9 personal messages here you have been getting from me, i´m unable to see them cause you have blocked me to that option.

Still on nutshell; not gonna trust this Pokersavvy anymore, two cleared kickback bonus for them is enough, i will leave this ship ASAP when i get my money out of there.

Wow, holy bad thread titles and impatience! 9 PMs in one day over one cashout for $90? Seriously??

We don't mind problems being posted here, but ridiculous accusations are better left behind. I've cashed out a few thousand dollars from PokerSavvy via Moneybookers over the last few years. The timing has varied from a day to a few days.

Please let us know how it goes, good or bad.

+1
Timing has varied because of the person who was processing the orders. When it was Chris, orders were processed only on Thursdays. That's why I made my orders on Thursday morning and the money was always in my MB account in a few hours.

@OP
Be patient. They don't have an automated payment system, someone must process your order and I'm sure they don't have people sitting in front of their computers doing nothing but waiting for you to make your order.

Re: Pokersavvy Payment Issue?

PokerSavvy has always been very good to me. They have always paid kickbacks fast. Even when a poker site didn't pay them their fee once, I still got my kickback.

There are a lot of poker-related companies with average customer service, some with bad customer service, and some with good customer service. PokerSavvy belong to this last group.

Re: Pokersavvy Payment Issue?

Okay, good to know that somebody has getting some money out on this site.

I think that support still is not A-class. Two guys talking; each other say different things and on top of that Tore says things on his post that isn´t true, but i think it might be his way to work.

Re: Pokersavvy Payment Issue?

sounds to me like someone is really really impatient, i've done like 4 or 5 kickback deals with pokersavvy and always have gotten the money, sometimes in like 2 or 3 days, sometimes in a week

Re: Pokersavvy Payment Issue?

If you are this impatient you may look suspicious to them and you'll have to send some verifications like ID scan etc. Just sit and wait for money.

I'm Pokersavvy affiliate and I've referred like 5guys to them so far (not so much i know ) but they always got their monies to MB so did I after them. Pokersavvy is offering top-notch service as their support is like answering questions 24/7 so feel free to e-mail them (support@pokersavvy.com) but don't spam like as you've mentioned.
