I am a sub-affiliate on a major affiliate network and after emailing support numerous times complaining about no MGR updates for months, I was told that Party simply cuts off revenue from players that have been playing for over three years.
He has been actively playing now and has raked $10's of thousands in the past.
Has this happened to anybody else? Is this standard Party affiliate policy now?
Years ago, when Party purchased some a major affiliate, my deal was cut significantly. Seems like bad business to me.
I know this is not normal activity. Do you have a bwin party manager that works with your account if so I would try to get in contact with him or her. Also since you are sub maybe contact them as they may be able to help.
Did you go three months without referring a player? They have a term that says they take all of your players if you don't refer new RMPs in three months.
I have referred any players for quite some time, but I am a subaffiliate on one of the bigger affiliate networks and would find it hard to believe that they didn't refer anybody.
This kinda feels like they made up a rule in order to not pay me. Still no response from Bwinpartypartners.
