Na,WPS (from what they said) haven't got paid by ESP, im just saying that if you move players to a site like ESP, you gotta guarantee all the rakeback, especially if you are as big as WPS is.

So it's just the ESP thing that's the problem? In regards to other networks, no-one has had any problems with WPS?

Sorry this is just a bit silly. There was a time when some people paid FTP-s rakeback to their players and at some point they got shut down or weren't paying. Would you say that the affiliate should cover say your last 2 months rakeback at FTP if the room hasn't paid the affiliate? Especially now that they are closed? Like ESP.

It was the same situation with ESP. Noone knows that a site is going to get shut down at some point or that they stop paying. FTP is a great example in this case - It could happen to anyone under whatever circumstances.

Can't blame the affiliate in such cases. Blaming them would make sense if they had anything to do with your money disappearing but the affiliate doesn't control the rooms actions.

Well FTP and ESP isn't comparable, ESP prolly paid like 65% gross to WPS+ the races, anyway that's just my view on it. If you send a player to illegal deal and it doesnt work out, affiliate should be covering the amount lost by players..

Anyone get paid in the end? ESP merged with Elcasino.com and it doesn't look like they got any bad press over refusing to pay their customers. Wtf?

Still no payments here. A few affiliates I know were thinking about suing them, but haven't heard anything recently.

Guys, i already wrote few months before, that ESP is owning me a significant amount of monye... they now merged with ELcasino...which seems to be the same person...

I send also few emails to ELCasino and got a reply that they looking into it and i need to wait when the time is coming i will get paid

Anyhow i obvisouly gave up and i aslo report them to the LGA where they said they cant do anything as its an affiliate matter... but as a player you are free to write to the LGA in Malta and complain about them.

Ofcourse not ESP , ELCasino si the one who needs to pay you out.

I reallt doubt someone will get cash... i heard from one spansih affiliate he got 50% of what they woe him... but after this they stopped answering the emails
