You're right; I'm not sure if it's going to work or not but I can log into rakebackpros and it shows my FT account name and the rakeback amount is $0. I'm going to deposit money tomorrow and after I play I'll check to see it if went up from $0.

When I signed up they sent me this email:

Welcome to RakebackPros, *****!

Below is your login information.

FTP Username: *****

Once you are logged in you will be able to access your daily rake statistics (The rake statistics will be live in the near future). Just enter your information and click on the reporting link. If you have any questions concerning your rakeback, please email us at support@rakebackpros.com.

Good luck at the tables!

Re: FTP just gave me a rakeback account! :)

Yeah that's the same thing I got even though my FTP account is closed.
Guess it can't hurt to email Full Tilt support and check.

Edit: you can sign up on the rakeback pros site with any 'FTP Username' it seems. I just typed a long string of completely random characters and it worked, so don't think that means anything

How often do they update the rakeback stats? I started yesterday and played a handful of sitandgos. I looked at my stats through the link and it still says 0.

Re: FTP just gave me a rakeback account! :)

Me too, got it 2 days ago ( april 15th ) & on top of that, they count it for since the april 1st . After I was registered, I can see that I have 300$ allready accumulated.

I have my account since the 1st days of FTP, late 2004. I could have an other account, but I am a sharkscope/official poker listing'freak, & it was costing me 500$/month not having rakeback ( not 500$/month since 2004, but maybe since january ).

Re: FTP just gave me a rakeback account! :)

Hi,
Can anyone answer me this, probably ftp Doug...

I got one those email letting me sign up with rakebackpros for my existing account at ftp.

I signed up and everything is fine.

My question is, right now I have $0 balance at ftp, is there a time limit to play a raked hand or deposit at ftp before rakebackpros takes away rakeback status from my account? 30days/60days........

btw I know there is a limit for the affiliates like raketherake or rakereduction etc....
don't know about rakebackpros.
Thank You

I was also asked to be put on the list about 1 month ago. Just received an email from FTP giving me a new bonus of $300 to be cleared in 14 days . I play 1/2 2/4 30k hands, this is useless to me. I sent an email saying there is no way i am playing on FTP unless i can get RB so hopefully they can reconsider.

Check again, mine took 2 days to appear and now it updates about 11.30 AM New Zealand time (no idea what time that is EST).

I have checked with Full Tilt Poker and it appears that you are attached to another affiliate. I have been told that Full Tilt Poker

is going to start a new program for players like yourself that is similar to rakeback with even more benefits. I have added your

name to the list of players to send them for this program. You will hopefully hear something from them in the next month or two.

Joe
RakebackPros.com
I received a similar mail and I am tagged to another affiliate:/ They say I can't get rake back.

Two questions:
1. Are they any players that have been tagged and get rake back anyway?
2. Do you have a clue what

"Full Tilt Poker is going to start a new program for players like yourself that is similar to rakeback with even more benefits."

suggests? Even more benefits than rake back? Is that serious and why that? Anybody with insider information?

Re: FTP just gave me a rakeback account! :)

I e-mailed RakeBackPros.com asking for rakeback and they sent me the exact same e-mail in itsavest's above post.

How is it possible that I am attached to another affiliate? I don't remember signing up through one.

About the "more benefits than rakeback" thing - I don't believe it. Why would they be willing to go out of their way and give us something extra? If it is true then it would be unfair to the people that originally signed up with rakeback! LOL

Re: FTP just gave me a rakeback account! :)

what department should I email asking for RB?
I have tried two (affiliate and some other one, like game improvements or something) and neither has sent me back an email in over a week.

I really want to get in on this.
Shame I didn't contact them earlier about RB (I only did it about 7 days ago, and then about 3 days ago after seeing this thread)

I emailed the affiliates dept. and they got back with me in a few days and told me they put me on a list. I also emailed rakebackpros support and they told me they would add me to their list. Obviously it helped because I got it this time around after emailing in Feb.

If you emailed the feedback department - I don't think they respond to emails, because I have sent them about 5 emails and never got a response, but I have always received a response from affiliates and support.

I just emailed RakeBackPros and they got back pretty quickly saying my name would be added to the list, I didn't go through FTP at all and I was offered rakeback last week along with the others, so I'd try them rather than Full Tilt.
