OK it seems I was right. Merge did a U-Turn after people had signed up. So if you didn't deposit, you can't now get rakeback. Totally wrong but without a lot of people complaining to Merge I am not sure we can do anything about it.

Hey Stac123,

Since every room's rakeback or VIP is paid automatically there is nothing to accumulate. You're either paid daily, weekly or monthly to your poker account by the room.

Just a question. I'm supposed to be getting rakeback with Party (when I signed up for RTR it was 27% I think), but I log into my RTR account and it tells me 0% and $0 rake paid. I submitted a retag request but I get an e-mail notification that re-tags aren't allowed on party. What can I do?

so about 1 month ago, i made the mistake of opening a 5dimes poker account without using any affiliate. (I didn't realize they are a part of ACR) I made several deposits and played some. But then today I saw ACR on your website offering 27% rakeback. So I opened an account thru RTR. It says I'm still waiting on verification, but I want to avoid problems; potentially, because I already have an account with 5dimespoker. And now a new account, (different username and nickname) with ACR.

The only thing is I have the same email address and personal details registered with both accounts.

What should I do?

Hey gemoney,

Am not aware of any rules about multiple accounts on the network.

Best thing going forward is to see if you get verified, and if you don't then email me at help@raketherake....
And i will see what I can do.

Just curious of the average time it takes to verify my account for rakeback. Also, do I need to deposit and begin playing for that to be complete? As of now, I've just opened the account with the RTR rakeback code and submitted my info at RTR.

You don't need to deposit to be verified.
Verification usually takes about 24 hours...except at weekends when it can be longer.

Hey Bish, you probably are

They changed the display to only show affiliates Carbon ID numbers

Regards your question, we don't know for sure yet but we assume that given they pay weekly, you should only be missing 2/3 days. We appreciate all money is important but at least we arent talking 1/2 a month or worse.
