Hello, We are releasing a
HUGE new promotion where players under our affiliate can
earn insurance on account balances. Here are the details:
Beginning June 27th, 2012 Imawhale.com will be offering
free insurance on your poker account balance if you sign up through our site:
www.imawhale.com/rakeback.
The insurance will be available on the following scale based on lifetime rake on that particular account:
$5,000 of rake: $1,000 of insurance
$10,000 of rake: $2,000 of insurance
$25,000 of rake: $5,000 of insurance
$50,000 of rake: $10,000 of insurance
$100,000 of rake: $20,000 of insurance
$250,000 of rake: $50,000 of insurance

2.) Eligible only to new customers

3.) Promotion is not eligible to players we stake considering the money in those accounts is primarily ours to begin with.
4.) To
confirm eligibility you need to
PM us your SN created as well as
your email address.
5.) We will email you each time you reach a new insurance level. If you want to check on the status of your progress at any time you can email us directly for an update.
6.) Promotion is applicable to
lifetime rake and the insurance is available for the
lifetime of the account as well.
7.) At the time a site goes down the player's account balance needs to be verified with Imawhale.com using Teamviewer or Skype screen share.
8.) Imawhale.com has 6 months to pay the insurance from the date the site either closes down or announces they are not paying players. At the time of payout, if the option is available, the player will need to again verify their account balance with Imawhale.com.
9.) At the time of payout, the player will have to sign a contract with imawhale.com agreeing to pay back the amount of the insurance when/if the site eventually does pay out.
10.) Insurance payments will only be valid on sites that are completely refusing to pay out players.
11.) If a site allows a player to relocate to another country or to transfers funds to a player outside the country to cash out, the insurance policy will be void.
12.) Examples of sites that the insurance would be valid are Full Tilt Poker, Absolute Poker, Ultimate Bet Poker. Examples of insurance that would not be valid: Everleaf Gaming (due to them facilitating cashouts for US players that have foreign bank accounts).
13.) The insurance scales are reached only at each rake level. This means that if a player has lifetime raked $7,500 then he's received $1,000 of insurance and is $2,500 in rake away from being insured $2,000. Also, as you will see the insurance is capped at $50,000 ($250,000 of lifetime rake).
14.) To receive the full amount of insurance, you must have at least that much in your account at the time the site shuts down. IE, if you have $10,000 of insurance, you must have at least $10,000 in your account to receive the full payment. You will still receive payment on the full amount if you have less than what you are insured for.
15.) We reserve the right to add/delete sites from our list that are eligible for this promotion. If we delete a site and you're already signed on your insurance will still be valid for that account. Similarly if we add a site and you've already setup an account there prior to us adding it then you are not eligible on that account.
16.) Imawhale.com reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions at any time.
17.) If there is a clear discrepancy on a payout then imawhale.com will seek the advice of an unbiased group of well known 2+2 regulars to weigh in on the situation.
18.) This promotion does not serve as a notion to players under other affiliates that their money is at a great risk on these sites.
