Moore Poker

Hi Guys,

I was wondering if any body knew any thing about moore poker? I know their a new skin with iPoker but are they reliable? The reason im intrested is because new rooms generally offer the best deals to get players signed up and i really like the look of their loyalty program but im still a bit unsure. If any one knows an affiliate that works for them and can offer me some advice and maybe a little extra on top of the loyalty, please let me know.

Re: Moore Poker

I've never heard of them, and this thread outranks them for moore poker (which they don't seem to rank highly for at all).

Re: Moore Poker

One thing to take into consideration when choosing a less established iPoker skin is the possible launch of iPoker2.

Now is a great time for savvy players to choose their skin on the network carefully and sign up with a company that will be around in the future.

that is still not confirmed and knowing ipoker this can take years and unlikely will never happen

to moore: they are a reputable room, owned by a swedish Hugh Heffner called Bingo Rimer

they always paid in time and all things went smooth there

Personally, I'd bet on iPoker2 being announced relatively soon. It's what the network needs and it's undeniable that the general trend is that poker networks are becoming smaller.

Regardless of iPoker2, long time 2+2ers have seen well over a dozen smaller skins (that were great at paying out players and had awesome deals) come and go, taking the players' funds and loyalty payments with them.

Moore probably isn't one of these rooms, but then again it was only a year ago that PurpleLounge was described as a top three Microgaming skin and known for being super safe because they were owned by a public company.

This isn't an advertisement for any poker room in particular, but any sensible poker player who takes the game seriously should be careful where they put their money.

I do not doubt that Bingo is a well known guy in Sweden and his poker room might be extremely well run, but there is no significant upside for players when you compare Moore to another, better established room on the network.

Everyone is entitled to their opinion though and I truly do wish Moore the best of luck. If they make a success of an iPoker skin, then they really are quite savvy businessmen.

at the current time, i think this can happen with ev ery Rooms

You never 100% sure even with a reputable room ... FTP, PL ect.

atm you are always in a limbo

Re: Moore Poker

Got to disagree when it comes to the likes of William Hill, PaddyPower, Bet365, Ladbrokes and so on.

Safer than Purple Lounge because they have established sports betting?

Not that I disagree with you, because I generally consider the bigger rooms to be quite safe.

However, when you have things like Full Tilt (huge, Alderney licensed) and Purple Lounge (Public, non US facing, LGA licensed) going under, what is it exactly that makes you feel much better about the bigger rooms you name other than size and historical reputation (FTP and Purple Lounge didn't have bad reputations either as far as I'm aware)?

As an aside, has an Ipoker skin ever stiffed their players and/or went under? I can't think of any, just Microgaming, Ongame and a few other network skins. But I'm not that sharp on my non US facing poker room history.

Re: Moore Poker

At least 3 of them (perhaps all 4) have many B&M betting shops in the UK, and have had them for years. Of course that's not a guarantee either, but it's one thing I can think of that distinguishes them from FT or PL.
