Merge and Lock/Cake Rb How Much? - Rakeback and Affiliates

Hi, could someone be so kind as to give me an overview of the rb on Merge and Lock/Cake currently?

Also, does it depend on when you made your account?

I'm talking about base rb without having to play a certain amount of hands.

You can get rakeback on either network now. The Cake Network is now called Revolution Gaming Network.

I'm about to make first deposit on Carbon. How do I sign up for rakeback? Is it a separate process? Never did rb in the old days.
Also, do you happen to know if there are no-fee ways to withdraw funds from Carbon? I've searched their site and can't find any info.

With rb on lock you can get a even higher %. They let rb players trade in their points for cash. But on merge you have to be VIP to do that.

On Merge 35% rakeback players can exchange their points, I believe at 6.5% value. But it doesn't come in the form of cash, it comes in the form of tournament entries or store purchases.
