What can happen to your account if ipoker finds out that you have a RB account on one of their skins??

Re: ipoker rakeback accounts

assuming you mean an 'illegal' rakeback account then they could shut down the affiliate offering the deal which would likely mean the player not getting his payments any longer.

Nope your account would be OK. They might ask for your first born à la Rumpelstiltskin. But look, kids are expensive anyway so you may as well go for it.

You might not get paid the rakeback owed to you, I guess that's the only risk

Re: ipoker rakeback accounts

I've never seen a case where a player has been punished for taking a rakeback deal on any network really.

The only realistic risk for a player is that 'rakeback' skins (on most networks) tend to be slightly smaller and have a higher risk of ruin.

Which could be significant for some players if an account were to be closed down right at the end of a rakeback period. Also, if you had to spend time building up to a VIP level, and/or you had points built up that work towards anything of value, those are other potential losses.
