They haven't paid yet for January and are now ignoring all of the emails, I've read that some affiliates got paid while majority of them didn't. Does anyone know what is going on with this room ?

Yes. I thought that network keeps the money in safe at entraction. Not all the sites but 9/10 of them or so

I have actually just successfully withdrawn to MB. Only took about 30 mins too.

If they would only answer emails I would feel a lot happier.

im also waiting for jan and feb. there is some new aff manager @ www.handabet.com (kirsten) did you had contact with her too? she is ignorning me per email since week or two. Everybody who seems to have this problem too, post here and keep mailing to handabet.
Normal withdraws are almost instant but rb takes ages.

So; december was payed two weeks later, and now january is 3-4 weeks to late. feb should come around this week too. Entraction is looking at it & hopefully we get the funds. Can anyone confirm this?

www.handabet.com is not paying rakeback to affiliates since january 2012.
They are ignorning emails for several weeks now and it seems there are more people having problems with handabet.com. It could be that there is some miscommunication (hope), but it doesnt looks good.

Does anyone know what player must do if he cannot cashout from this skin, giving him an error? I heard that all players money is safe by Entraction so how can they be contacted regarding this?

There's a difference between player's money and affiliate's money, held separately. Players funds are always safe as some previous posts here say (30min cashouts and such). Has anyone e-mailed Entraction directly about them?

Handabet 120% Closing down man, not even there oldaffiliaet manager is talking to me and i have known here for several years..
A shame to loose all that money, and tbh i have a hard time talking nice right now..

This is the reason why NO ONE like entraction anymore man... IGT Should 120% take action in these matters as it is just making more DAMAGE then its good to the network...

It is with great regret that we announce the closure of HandaBet, as of the 14th March. From this date your players will no longer be able to play poker through the Client or Website. They will still be able to login for some time after, in order to request withdrawals of their balances.

Over the last few months it has become apparent that it was not viable to continue operating the business in it's current state. As such we have been in discussions with various parties which would have brought in extra funds to the business, either by an acquisition of the business or by an injection of capital. Unfortunately none of these discussions have resulted in a deal being struck, and it is for that reason that we feel the only option for us now is to close.
