European independent sites affiliate question

Hi, with the recent implementations of gambling laws in european countries (IT, FR, ES), are affiliate programs for the main .COM site valid also for their european subsites (pokerstars.it, partypoker.es, etc) ?

Or do affiliates have to set up new deals with these new-but-not-new networks?

Hey Gabethebabe,

It differs from site to site. Generally though, .IT .FR and .ES affiliate programs are segregated from each other and you'll need different affiliate accounts to promote each program. Hope that helps!

Re: European independent sites affiliate question

My head has gone a little blank right now, but I'm quite sure that isn't the case.

Affiliates can get links for lots of different campaigns, for all the territories that, that specific poker room offers / holds a licence for, from a single affiliate account.

It works like this at 888, Party, PKR, Stars, StanJames - I can't think of a site that doesn't let affiliates choose what territory they wish to promote and get marketing material and tracking links specific for that territory in fact.

The onle sites which don't are those, that only offer a single territory.

What rooms were you thinking of?

Re: European independent sites affiliate question

I already foudn that pokersource has a promotion for partypoker.es and 888poker.es

Boogster has too, but they kinda suck ($20 of boogster points)

Savvy wasn´t sure if their links worked yet.

These are basically the two networks I am interested in, I think no other .ES site has any amount of traffic (besides pokerstars.es where I am currently playing).
