Hello,

I am not sure if making a new post or replying to one of the "official" BCP threads is the best way to go, so...

I have not logged in to my affiliate account in quite some time. Now, i don't see an option to withdraw funds. Are they automatically sent on a month-by-month basis? I have everything set up correctly(player account username, etc), and i have done transfers in the past, it's just that it has been a year or 2 since i have logged in, etc...

Basically, i just want to move my affiliate balance to a player account.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

What did they say when you emailed affiliate support?
