Of course I have no problem with it either but I really don't want to give the impression that we are using shills to make it look like there is more interest than in reality - just not our style.

I'm happy to announce that we will hold a $1k rake race from Feb 12th - Feb 29th, eligible are all our CelebPoker and BlackChipPoker players.

Pool is not very big but it is on top of all other VIP promotions so basically free money and don't we all love that?

If it gets well recieved we will run it again bigger and better in March!

About the Last Longer promo which is still running - I thought it was a fun and fresh idea and I heard other affiliates are already thinking about copycatting it..

In the end I wouldn't call our test run a success though, with the structure we set up it would basically run forever now with the last 4 players until one of them loses internet for a day or even worse happens, which obv is something nobody should be hoping for..

So I will pay out the players who still remain on Feb 12th equal shares and be done with it.

We might run a similar promo again in the future but it will have to undergo some serious tweaking, likely upping the prize pool a good chunk and seriously upping the requirements so that it will be probably over in about a month - will be harder but also more rewarding to win it,
what we have right now is basically a borefest and I don't think the remaining players are having much fun either
(although nobody complained so far, everyone asked replied they will be fine with splitting up)

In the spoiler are my further thoughts about it, warning - it's likely boring to 95% of you so don't click if easily bored



Like I said, I still like the general idea, maybe something like a $5k prize pool, winner takes all, players have to rake $100 each day would be more interesting - if you have any suggestions we are always interested so please let us know.

I just wanted to take a minute and give a shout out to Subandi.

After sending out a general Rakeback request on the forum and receiving multiple offers, I felt that he was:

- the most responsive
- got me a very good rakeback deal even though I play low volume
- went the extra mile to communicate directly with BCP to iron out a small issue with the my rakeback
- confirmed everything back to me
- always answers my pm (usually right away)

That's pretty above and beyond IMO.
And no I do not know them personally, they just hooked me up.
