Called Inkasso today and they have closed the case. I still have not get paid anything.
It's obvious Knut has lied to them so I told them to investigate further.
I'll get back with more info when they call me back.

Appearantly Norway has a law which says that you cannot claim loaned money back when the money was used for gambling purposes.
It is very obvious that Knut uses this law to his benefit when scamming people(25+ people that I know of).
He knows that his "victims" can't do anything about it.

start posting flyers around his neighbour hood explaining everyone he has scammed , put them in the local shops , find out where he works and let his employers know . Make his life hell basically. Put an advert in the local paper about it a few hundred $$$ for a full page advert in the local paper would certainly be worth every single penny. send letters to all his family with the flyer above mentioned in with the letter as well.

correct nothing illegal about that in the slightest no slander as its all true. Just post the facts in a flyer make up 1000 or as many as you need to and put them up everywhere in his home town.

Yesterday I received an very rare e-mail from JimmyRare. The 2nd e-mail from him in 2 months. It said:

"I am coming to Norway...unless you start paying I will come to Norway before this year ends.
I want to go into 2011 without having the disgustinng thought of you with my money.
Since the law can't help me get rid of you, I will go beside the law."

That is the 2nd e-mail Engstrøm (jimmyRare) has sent me in 2 months. And the 3rd threat by e-mail since it all begun + the threats in this thread that his dummyaccounts and/or his friends wrote in the beginning of this thread.

If you look trough this thread you will find that I tried to meet JimmyRare in his hometown around 1.5 - 2 months ago, but he did not wanna meet me because "he did not know my intentions by the meeting"
- My intension was obv to solve this like adults and put everything behind us. But he did not wanna meet me. I think that is because he know that he has crossed a bunch lines. Lines that the regular human being would be very careful to cross.

Here is my answer:

Jimmy, you have to realize that you brought all this up on yourself. You are an incredible dumb and paranoid person that started to trashtalk me 24 hours before I was set to pay you back. And then you declined my erlier attempts to pay you back because you wanted to use the "inkassocompany". You declined TWICE. And let me quote you: "The money you owe me is NOT my business anymore. If you wanna pay, you have to talk with the inkassocompany".
And when you found out that the company had no legal rights to claim the money, instead of contacting me and ask for the money, you go public, on 2+2 and having a friend of you to set up ****.com. AND THEN, you contact me to ask for the money. If you only had contacted ME before the public and 2+2 etc you would have had your money already in August.
Jimmy, I have started a new life, and I have quit poker for good. I hardly use my computer. I really wanna close this case for good. But again, the ONLY thing that stands in the way is the 2+2 thread and ****.com.
If you have ****.com deleted I will transfer you 50% (around €1900) and when you stop posting about me on 2+2, I'll transfer the other 50% over 5 transfers, one transfer each month. Pretty easy.
That is your ONLY chance to get paid.

Just for your information; Before I blocked you on facebook, I copied your profile. I see you have posted a picture of me on 2+2. If THAT post is not deleted the next time I check 2+2, I will also start a .com/.net/.org/ site in your name (atleast a domene that suits your name good) and you can try google yourself or your company. It will cost me around 50 USD.
And what the **** is that about that I owe 25 persons money??? I ONLY owe you, and one other guy €200.

And regarding your visit to Norway to "go beside the law". Thank you for that e-mail. That is the 3rd e-mail from you with a pretty open threat + the 2+2 thread. And I have the law on my side when I plant a bullet in both your legs when you enter my propperty here in Norway.
