Is there any rake back programs for any of these online games in New Jersey?
I'm already signed up on all of them, please let me know if anyone knows of a program and a way to get enrolled.

Most or maybe all NJ poker affiliate deals are CPA. All affiliates have to be licensed so rakeback is impossible. No licensed U.S. site permits rakeback. The internal VIP is the only way to go.
