I was told that if you have never played for real money with your Tilt account and have no FTP Points, you are allowed to create a new account with rakeback..

Been waiting for a few months now..still no word...

My RBpros acct' hasn't been updated since 9-26-09. Is anyone else having this problem?

anyone else's stats not show up in the last few days? Whats going on? Or is this common? Im new to these guy's rakeback

FTP sent my details to Rakebackpros three times, no magic e-mail received yet. So going to quit very soon, simply can't miss the slice if seriously trying to step up from microlimits.

Give them some time... I e-mailed for rakeback a few weeks ago, they responded with the Rake Back Pros option and they got in touch with me after a few days... I'm very pleased, because they had already closed out a second account I created so that I could get rakeback.

And yes, it's stalled for me for the past two days as well... it happened over the weekend as well.

Did you register directly from www.rakebackpros.com? if not... I would say you should try it.. that's what I did and it worked

Looks like rakebackpros.com is having trouble fixing this issue. Its the second time in a week that my account page stall for a few days.

i didn't see if anybody got this earlier in the thread, but:

We are all in the same boat, the whole website is experiencing the problems. Mine also hasn't been updated since the 26th, but im not worried at all. And for the people new to rakeback, this is not usually a common occurrence.

When it was all fixed did anyone else have issues with the amounts? I have very different amounts on days I earned the same amount of FTPs. Only the second time I have had this happen in over a year, anyone else experience this? Have they said they will fix it?

My amounts are pretty trivial so I don't pay attention too much, but they look fine to me.

Okk so sorry if this has been asked before but just got the official notice that i'm a rakebackpro person now but under 'my stats" it has a number dating further back. Am i going to receive that amount or not? Cannot find in thread.

yeah, the numbers are pretty much updated... looks good on most fronts

so your saying whatever the number is in the "my stats" section i should receive friday even tho i just signed up? so it's kinda retroactive

+1 recieved the same email from rbp's a couple days after I emailed them about the site not updating. I'm not worried.

Any idea on the average wait time between recieving the standard RBP respones to requies to RB and when they actually activate on your account ?

Cleared the Take2, took my roll off and mailed FTP telling them i'd never play another hand on their site until I get rakeback. This is not the first time i've contacted them about it, but I really mean it until I get an incentive to play. Only time i'll come back is for the nosebleeds and that's not going to happen any time soon.

I got my rakeback through emailing Rakebackpros, i never once contacted FTP on the matter.

Also i am new to rakeback, so can anyone tell me what time the rakeback usually gets credited to a players account. I know it is every Friday, but does anybody have a time estimate??

I actually got 1 cent less then it says on my stats, not that a penny is a big deal but I may email them to make a point.

Sorry if this has been asked before, but has anyone still not received rakeback for the previous week. I haven't gotten the transfer email yet (I usually get it at like 8AM est), or the funds in my account. Just want to make sure I'm not the only one.

Sent an email to rakeback pros after I last posted. Got my response from FTP. Pretty standard line.
