Old account from when FTP started just started playing there again after the latest AP/UB BS. About 8 months ago I registered with RBP and was referred by FTP.

Deposited Wed and have been grinding and my RBP stats are way off.

Only reason I came back to FTP is because I supposedly get RB now. I'm sure it will be fixed soon. Common stat problems with RB sites.

Similar thing here, I emailed support but haven't heard back but so far it's not showing any rakeback. However when I check CardRunners for the free membership thing THEY show where they are tracking my rake. Is there a certain amount of time before it shows or before you receive your first rakeback deposit?

Ok, I got a FTP account which I barely use. I signed it up without any affiliation.
I got no rakeback and wasted my deposit bonus, hence I never play on that site.

Now I want to get rakeback. I thought it was possible to get rakeback if you dont have an account with affiliation. Am I wrong on that?

Are they going to show standings/payouts for the rake race this month or anything along those lines?

I'd like to know this as well, they offer zero info as far as I can tell. It's not much of a "race" if nobody knows where they currently stand. What's the deal?

They fixed my rb and sent a reply that was reminiscent of full tilt support lol. Obv rbp is ftps side thing to accommodate mainly old accounts that couldn't get rb previously...(re- capturing old customer base who refused to play there without rb...)

Any rake back is better then no rake back and I'm happy I have it from tilt so no complaints.

The rake back fine print is quite hilarious if you ask me. But I wont go there lol....

I would just like to say that I received rakeback on an existing account less than 24 hours after contacting both Full Tilt and RBPs.

Also, I can log in fine.

FTP has treated me like **** ever since 08. The site really doesnt know when to exercise good decisions, especially in regards to my account.

I honestly cannot believe the level of ignorance the company has shown me. I tell everyone who asks (fish) how much better pokerstars is, and why.

I have boycotted FTP since mid 09 and will be disabling my account now.

I lost respect for the management a long time ago.

I think this is a sad conclusion to a seemingly easy situation to assess and solve.

FTPDoug; I know that you get a lot of 2p2 love but I really feel sad for you. I can not imagine how awful your life must be, dealing with people like me, constantly receiving the fruits of your management team's labor. I only mention you because you have never acknowledged my pm.

So people know...my affiliate stopped doing business and shut down their site. FTP has no opition for me.

FTP asked me to contact my affiliate and asked me to have them "release" my account. Fair enough. I contact my Affiliate and tell them to email ftp and have my account released. FTP tells them they WILL NOT do it. Why did they make me waste 3 months. This whole thing would have been done in 3 days if they didn't take 3 days to answer each email.

What I don't understand is why did fulltilt tell me do contact my affiliate and have them agree to drop me if FTP wasn't going to allow it to begin with?

I've never heard of Full Tilt asking affiliates to release players and have never known of an affiliate to do it either.

I think in my case I signed up from FTP's main site soon after they launched . Prob how I got in so fast with a tilt referral to RBP as an old account.

If you signed up through some non rb affiliate then I think you are sol.

Actually I was there when they sent the email. The affiliate is actually a local in my city and was actually quite nice about it. He actually runs a poker club I'm a regular at.

Full Tilt didn't ask the affiliate. They told me to ask the affiliate.

has anyone received their RB yet today?

emailed FTP support yesterday to request my existing acct to be converted to a rakeback acct. They responded that they were forwarding my information to rakebackpros.com and they would contact me to take care of this. How long do I wait for this to happen or do I contact support at rakebackpros directly? What do you recommend I do with the FTP points I've already accumulated on a non rakeback acct? Thanks for the help
