If anyone is willing can you explain how it would be at all a decent option to play poker in the USA right now? It seems to me that the money in any account would be greatly at risk, either through blatant cheating, government seizure, or other undetermined problems.

I also want to hear peoples thoughts on play up through the stakes, on any site.

Beyond this I tried to deposit on a site earlier this month for only $50 and my bank denied the charge saying it was fraud and I got a call from their fraud department and all that they said to try again if I was really the one making the charge. I did it still did not work.

Furthermore how much of your roll are you keeping online at this point? If you don't want to post the actual numbers, I think that is reasonable, percents or other representations are good alternatives I just want to understand how much risk you are willing to take at this point.
