Hello how can I use this form.
I get 'you do not have permission to access this page...'

If you're trying to use the form and get the "you do not have permission to access this page..." error, post in this thread and I'll get you fixed up.
Once I fix it for you, I'll be deleting your post so you don't get spammed by others.

I don't know where everyone suddenly got the idea that this thread was the place for RB requests. There is only one place for those - the request form that is linked in both the forum announcement and sticky. This thread is for people who get an error when trying to use said form; post in here and I'll get it fixed up for you.
