I have been told my affiliate deal will not be honoured, and my players will only be tracked (on a new affiliate deal) if I commit to acquiring X new players each month.

They said it was "bad business" to honour the affiliate deals as "they already paid Chili for the players".

Yikes, if that's true... wow.

Yeah pretty much what I was told. Pretty disgusting.

Just got back from the Irish Open and am in touch with Jamie now to try and sort out that mess, fingers crossed and we'll keep you posted. If anyone else has problems regarding an affiliate deal, please drop me a PM.

Best regards,
Christian / Poker770

April 13, 2012 no money from SharetheChili/Chilipoker processed. Seems they have a problem with Moneybookers.

Hi Christian,

Thanks for chatting to me. Much appreciated.

Turns out Unibet acquiring Bet24 might be a similar situation. I was told Unibet 'Only bought the customers' so extremely similar to Poker770 in that sense.

I believe we have had our cashout processed by ShareTheChili (which I am sure we have our old affiliate manager to thank for), but still have issues having our customers tracked to us, receiving commission for March rake and a general lack of communication.

Although, I will try not to be too open about this on 2+2, I would like to invite other affiliates having problems regarding this idiotic 'We bought the customers' stance to chat on Skype or via email and see if we can do anything.

I've spoken to two lawyers; one Scottish law and one English law and both seem to agree that this stance represents a breach of contract.

I've been looking to find where Poker770 are licenced, but don't seem to be having any luck. Their postal address on their site says a lot about the company:

Flat 1... Really? I don't even want to search this on Google Earth for fear of what I will actually find.

Anyway, I hope it's okay to link a blog post I wrote on the subject. Considering both Unibet & Poker770 seem to take Twitter quite seriously, I urge people to tweet them as much as possible too.

Jamie

Let's talk about the cash out from SharetheChili/Chilipoker. My March 28th withdrawal has not been processed yet. Chilipoker is saying they had problems with Moneybookers.

Has anyone else received their cashout from Chilipoker? It's already ridiculous, but it's now three weeks.

I have faith that they will pay. Chilipoker always ran their business very well. I gave them bank details today, because it seems there is an issue with Skrill for them now.

Their support was and still is good.

How is everyone doing with their 770 / ChiliPoker issues?

If any of the migrated Chili players had a loyalty deal and has not received the bonus payment within the first week of the month, feel free to drop me a PM with your username and I will have someone look into it. Same also applies for issues with the account and withdrawals tho.

Best regards,
Christian / Poker770
