Is worth to move from Stars to Party?

Hi, I am playing 9max NLHE micros on stars and currently feel that I could build up my bankroll a lot quicker if there wasn`t such a rake.

So I`m considering moving to party poker as they have at least 5% rakeback for starters.

How does that compare to PS VPP point system? is it worth ir?

P.S.
Maybe someone know when will Full Tilt will be back as I have 30% rb at them?

If you like nittier games, worse rakeback, worse software and no customer support, go ahead.

I would stress the WORST SOFTWARE... even in a table full of donks the software can tilt you so much that you 5bet shove 72o...
