Um...OK...

loss rebate is actually a 'bonus' that requires 20x play through. my initial thought was bet $300 if i lose get my rebate if i win take my $300 for an EV of +$45 or so. But apparently if you do this u then get $90 bonus which you must wager $1800. It just so happens that 1800 * .05 (house edge on blackjack) = $90.


lucky for me I decided to shoot first and ask questions later, did the $300 bet and won.
